Lots of kitchen utensils etc, lots of beach towels, such soft bath towels and lots of games!The pool is the best and has the most comfortable seating in pool area. Had an electrical issue with no hot water one night but Paradise promptly had it remedied. They are very responsive to any problems!My only suggestion is a couple of the mattresses might need to be replaced- the one in master and king bed on main level in front bedroom. I would highly recommend this house!

Great Family Getaway.

My Family had a wonderful week stay in the beautiful property on the beach. We snorkeled, swam in the private pool ,watched the crabs come out at night on the beach . And there was one lil crab that lives under the walkway to the beach that we called doc . We would definitely recommend this property.

The Best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: That’s what all of the kids and grandkids kept saying! This is the best place ever! And then we would all list our favorite things about the house. The back deck was a spectacular place to sit and talk in the mornings and evenings; plenty of comfortable seating and the perfect view of the seaside. Watching dolphins swim back and forth each day was so much fun for all of us. A family of cooks, the wide open living/kitchen middle floor was so enjoyable and large enough for all 18 of us to be together, while working on puzzles, playing games, doing meal prep, watching tv, and just talking. The kitchen was well equipped and, like all of the home’s decor, thoughtfully chosen dishes and glassware. The two dishwashers were nice! All of the couples loved having their own bedrooms and the kids were thrilled with their own cute bunk room, as well as all of the secret cubbies so cleverly decorated. The game room downstairs near the pool was an added bonus, as were the abundance of beach toys, beach chairs and towels. The beautiful white sands and clear water was so clean and felt like our own private beach. The location of the house could not be better, just a few minutes from groceries and shopping, a quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to the airport. It’s easily a 5 Star home from top to bottom and we would highly recommend it to others.

My group loved this property. Was absolutely a beautiful trip. Some of us even got in the water in FEBRUARY!!! Clean, decorated well, fast response for anything we needed.

Dream Vacation Home

Beautiful home! Plenty of room for mutitudes of people! Directly on the beach with it's own lovely, walkway to the beach! Swimming pool was amazing! Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen was so well organized with everything you could possibly need! Love the ice maker!!! Keep in mind that to get to the den area, you go have to go down 3 steps. We had my 95 year old mother-in-law with us and a 3 year old, so this was the only draw back for them. But I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again! We rent every summer on Pensacola Beach! Love everything about this home!!!

AMAZING EVERYTHING!

we have been coming in Pensacola almost every year and ofcourse we get larger and larger as a family group- this home is AMAZING, no falling short with amenities which I LOVE. We didn’t even have to ask for dish soap or towels or toiletries! Everything from linens to furnitures is superb! Space for 27 was plenty. HOT HEATED POOL WITH TOYS WAS A HIT. Kudos to the team at PARADISE homes - you have outdone it again and again. I love the text features for needs or just saying how things were. Fishing enthusiasts would love this location, total pampano during stay 16 wow! Sandflea everywhere. White sand beach as you step out - wow! Few notes: grill was filthy but was changed immediately. Pool was heated immediately Filter for fridge changed immediately Complimentary laundry soaps, towel for pool and seasonings for cooking ALL THERE. Side note: need bigger boiling pots for pasta etc but otherwise we managed! LOVE ALL THE CRATE&BARREL Products 😌

Great house!

Overall this is a great rental! I had my whole family with kids ,spouses, and grandkids! This house is right on the beach with a great walkover out the backdoor… the pool is fantastic…. Great for my younger grandkids at only 4 feet deep…. The outdoor furniture was also great…. Very comfortable! The kitchen was also phenomenal…( once we got the gas problem fixed) the range is great the two dishwashers was an extra bonus! We had 8 grown adults with 6 teens and two toddlers and the house was plenty big enough…. Barely used the big bunk room which houses 8 people! A couple of negatives were that the house is older and had a few little problem… we had a heck of a storm one night and had extensive leaking by the sliding door by the back …. The rooms are a little chopped up but still cute for our group as we had mostly teens! All in all we truly enjoyed our stay…. The house has its very good points and small negatives and we would return again! The staff at Paradise also took care of all of our needs and were very receptive to any complains we had! Great home! “The Most Relaxing Vacation! Together!” said by all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing! Beyond what we expected- when we first walked into the main living area we were surprised by the open views of the Gulf. There were 24 of us: 10 adults and 14 grandchildren ranging in age from 3 yr to 17 yr. We quickly worked out the bedrooms situation. We all enjoyed preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen and the seating was very comfortable. We loved the huge deck and hung out there a lot. It was a quick, private walk to the beach which was so convenient. We pretty much stayed put and delighted in God’s beautiful creation before us- whether the sea life or the immense fun with the boogie boards and paddle board. In the evenings, we relaxed on the comfortable deck, connecting, sharing, laughing. The kids had a lot of fun in the big living room playing different games. One night the teens babysat and the 10 of us went to The Grand Marlin for delicious seafood. The only other time we ate out was the Sunday morning after we checked out we went to Crabs for breakfast which was a better way to say goodbye to everyone- some went to the airport for flights back to NY, others driving back to Ohio and the rest of us were local-Pensacola and Gulf Breeze. Forever grateful to the Lord Jesus for His amazing gift to our family, much prayer went into the planning of this vacation and prayer sustained us throughout the week. Amazing location but mold and humidity in two bedrooms

Location was perfect and the access to the beach and pool was ideal especially with small kiddos. Only problem is there is mold on the lower level where there is a king size bedroom and the bunk room. Bunk room does not have any windows which surprises me because in an emergency you can’t get out. The people that stayed in the lower level in those two rooms got sick due to the humidity and mold. We ended up having to relocate everyone in the house and couches. Aside from that everything was great.
