Had a great stay. The house is well equipped for your stay in Cape Coral. Clean property with pool, hot tub, putting green amenities. Right on the canal too. The neighborhood is quiet and near a main road for easy access. Highly recommend if you need a place in Cape Coral!

Fantastic Home in Cape Coral!

My family and I stayed in this home during the holidays, and we had the best time! Great location as it's not far from the beach, good restaurants, and activities. The new little putt-putt area is fun, and the backyard is nicely set up with some lounge chairs, the hot tub, and an above-ground pool. We would definitely stay here again any time of the year. Thank you to Yennis for being responsive and kind throughout our stay! This home made our holiday season extra special this year.

The perfect place to escape!

The home was just what we were looking for!! A perfect place not too far from everything yet with just the right amount of privacy! All the amenities were wonderful and clean! The enclosed patio was awesome and we definitely took advantage of having our own personal pool and hot tub!! Communication with the owner was fantastic and they responded quickly! Highly recommend this rental property and would definitely book again in the future!!

Quiet and clean

The property was nicely furnished and very clean. We used the hot tub twice during our stay and played golf six times. Neighborhood is quiet and safe but a little on the boring side.

Comfortable stay

The home was in a great location for our needs. It is a fresh, clean and bright remodel. We were very comfortable for our 2 week stay. It is well stocked. Close to anything you’d need. The host was very prompt and easy to communicate with. We will stay again if the need arises.

PERFECT house!!

Everything about our stay was excellent! The house was super clean and comfortable; we had 6 adults and everyone had enough space. The backyard is a treasure! We spent a lot of time just hanging out back there because it's so pleasant and fun...fishing, laying in the sun, swimming, waving to the boats going by, kayaking, just taking in the view. The location is convenient to all the neat places nearby (Pine Island, Ft. Myers, Ft. Myers Beach, local parks), as well as stores. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

Very comfortable

Had a very pleasant stay. Weather was great and pool was relaxing. Did go purchase a pool float as home did not have any available. Furnishings in home were attractive and comfortable. Had a question and texted our contact, she responded in a timely manner. Close to grocery store, restaurants etc.. Not disappointed at all for booking this property. Felt safe and decent neighborhood. Would seriously consider renting in future.

Cape Coral Gem

This immaculate newly updated and perfectly located home in Cape Coral has everything. The pool and hot tub are new and well tended in the large fenced canal side yard. The interior is freshly remodeled and has been thoughtfully equipped with amenities. The living area furnishings are comfortable and new. The screen porch has a large TV and fire pit, perfect for watching sport events. There is a tropical pagoda canal side with ample seating to enjoy the canal and it has a dock for fishing.The owners were easy to contact and responded quickly to questions. The location is in a lovely quiet neighborhood great for walking or bicycling and is close to resturants and shopping. This comfortable and clean house was perfect for our trip to Cape Coral.

Delightful!!

We use four criteria before any evaluation: Clean, Comfortable, Convenient, Safe. This property scores top marks on all four. Not only was the inside clean, the couches and cushions and table on the porch and chairs outside by the pool, hot tub and grill were also clean. The place has been newly renovated and it is well done and spacious. If you're a group, lots of space to find spaces for yourself or easy to accommodate the entire group - well laid out. All of the amenities are well maintained and worked perfectly. At night is was quiet and peaceful. As to convenience, easy to get to and there are a bunch of independent restaurants very close by, but for me, who abandons any idea of healthful eating while on a getaway, less than 3 minutes away is a mom and pop donut shop which was terrific! Fresh made every day - Yum! Sitting on the dock watching boats go by with my coffee and donuts in the morning was so relaxing. We had a chance to talk with the owners and they are gracious and accommodating. Very helpful. We typically do several getaways a year and they are fine however this time my summary is -We'll be Back.
