Really nice home with plenty of different spaces to spread out. Wonderful outdoor patio area, comfortable beds, everything you could ever need in the kitchen, and also a great location. Hosts were super helpful and quick to respond to any communication.

Overall as advertised and great location only a few houses down from Buck’s Pond. Great deck and good air conditioning.

Clean and beautiful location next to a small lake with private beach. The house was fully equibbed and looks very nice.

Beautiful Cape Cod Home

The house is large but very cozy Cape Cod vibes with multiple living rooms to spend time in. The inside of the house is beautiful and we had a great time relaxing on the couch and eating in the large kitchen. Beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were super clean.

I’m extremely disappointed that the room above the garage was not explicitly described as having no direct access to the rest of the house, nor access to a bathroom. Since it also smelled very musty, we didn’t even try to use it. We bought an inflatable mattress and my son and his wife got to sleep on the floor for this ‘great, generous’ vacation I invited them on. I’m actually livid about it still. The rest of the house was just ok. The outside needs a power washing and the trim painted. The big couch needs to be replaced. The springs are shot and it could not be used for sleeping. The kitchen could use a large frying pan that is not a scratched up old non- stick one. The pond is lovely and really is a short walk from the house. I’ve learned my lesson not to assume a high price means quality and honesty.

We had a very nice visit.Everything was just as the listing said it would be !Just a bit of a musty smell that can be taken care of with some plug ins!

Good home, ample places to sleep. Outdoor deck and sunroom is were we spent lots of time. The 3rd bedroom should have a powder room and stairs on the deck side. But, still cute snd comfortable. Love the pond, wish we brought our kayaks.Thank you!

Pleasantly parked on the circle in Harwich

Nice mid-century vibes from this family and pet- friendly, lake adjacent, conveniently located property. Nicely appointed for staying in or retreating to after an activity-filled day. Surprisingly large common areas, but not so big you feel lost if alone. Outdoor shower is a must experience. Games, puzzles, books are available for rainy days or late-night fun.

Great place in Harwich

4 times with Del Mar. we travel with dogs. Always appreciate houses that allow them. We make sure that we leave at least as well as we found them. See ya next year.

Beautiful home! Very comfortable! We had 7 adults that enjoyed the home. We did a lot of cooking during our stay and the kitchen was so well equipped with what we needed. Very impressive. Enjoyed walking all around Buck's Pond. 1.1 mi walk. This home was close to being in the middle of everything. We would definately stay at this location again. Hope it will be soon! The Cape is Beautiful! Time went too fast!

Lovely, spacious, family-friendly

Well-maintained family home tucked away in an idyllic Harwich nook. Lots of room to spread out, and perfect for littles. Had everything we needed for our week on the Cape. Low profile service yet there if we needed. Del Mar is doing great work on the Cape. We've been seasonal guests for 40 years and I'm so glad to see this company stewarding great properties as of the last ten years. My extended family has a legacy home under repair and this was a great home away from home while we couldn't stay there. Excellent experience!
