Surrounded by beautiful gardens with paths leading to many nooks where you can while away the hours with a book or your favourite tunes. Feeling energetic you can hit the water for a surf, SUP or swim. Discover numerous walks or visit the local cafes for a perfect espresso. Positioned above the popular Park Beach surf beach a serene retreat built in 1992 boasting the perfect blend of nature and comfort. This bespoke stone beach house is crafted from natural materials with a mix of stone, timber and large windows to magnify the direct ocean views. A unique property that makes you feel at home as soon as you step inside. Enjoy the soothing water views and the tranquility of the stone cottage surrounded by speciality Tasmanian timbers. Watch Sea Eagles, gulls and other bird life hover and swoop at eye level over the cliffs of Spectacle Head. There are a number of walking tracks to sheltered coves and with plenty of vantage points for capturing the perfect photographic moment. Whilst the surf beach, wildlife, and coastal garden add a touch of natural beauty to help you relax, unwind, and escape.

Our property is unique not only in it's location overlooking the ocean but it is constructed from stone and features rare Tasmanian timbers throughout. You have the sea on one side and a beautiful, rambling coastal garden wrapping around the rest. With 3 balconies you can make the most of the outdoors whatever the weather.
