Fully renovated modern family home. 1 min walk to waterfront!

We purchased our home 5 years ago (in the popular neighborhood of Verdun) and put a lot of love into the full renovation process to accommodate our family of five. Being a typical duplex in the past (built in 1929), we converted it to a single family home over 3 floors.

The basement was made for our two teenagers, with their own living room(tv and game console and surprisingly comfortable sofa-bed) and full bathroom.

The main floor is a large open space to accommodate our family’s needs as well host gatherings with friends and family. The kitchen is our main gathering space which has a 10 ft island, and fully furnished kitchen. We absolutely love to cook and are pretty sure you have anything you could possibly need to prepare your meals!
There is also a playroom for our toddler which is open to the rest of the main floor.

The third floor has another open living room space, combined with a workspace, which give access to the small front patio on the second floor - the perfect little place to have a drink and relax. On the third floor you will also find our master bedroom with walk-in closet, a guest room with a single bed and office space, a baby/toddler room and another full bathroom.

Our back yard is large and has a privacy wall which separates the eating area from the rest of the green space which then gives onto the back alley. We are located in a very safe and friendly neighbourhood and are only steps away from the parkway along the St-Lawrence river!

Please note that if toddler items are needed, we can make them available upon request. Also, different bedroom configurations are available, depending on your needs. We have an extra twin mattress that can be added to another bedroom and also replace the toddler bed with a double bed if needed.
