I asked for an earlier check in and one week prior they agreed. When we arrived they were not available. So we had to sleep off our overnight flight in the foyer of the main building. Luckily building management were very accommodating When we were finally allowed into apartment we noticed mail stuffed to the brim in the mailbox and front entrance looked like it hadn't been maintained in months.As well as a faulty door lock. By this point we were toasted after being awake for over 24hrs.The bathroom sink was blocked and there was no extra bedding, i was cold at night. I asked if they could fix, door, bathroom and send extra towels, and i got nothing, The positives, its smack bang in the middle of Newstead, 1 min to shops and 2 restaurants right next door (go to Ruby My Dear, it doesn't disappoint) and a bar right next to front door I would stay again only if they provided extra linen and towels (no towels for pool was disappointing)

Do not stay here! This property is managed externally by Q Stay on the Gold Coast. They are the rudest most unhelpful management I've ever had to deal with. The balconies are unusable due to being covered in black dust which comes inside the apartment, when brought to their attention they said the balconies need a deep clean but they are unable to do so. Then they had the hide to take half my bond when we left the apartment in a clean condition. The check in/check out process is absolutely rediculous! I'll be going to consumer affairs. Do not book here! Very disappointing!

For a seamless check-in experience, please collect your keys from our office located at Suite 54, Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill, situated at 9 Ferny Avenue in Surfers Paradise. To reach our office, kindly park in the Circle on Cavill Drive Way, proceed to the retail area, and turn right into the walkway adjacent to the Chemist. Ascend the escalators to find us. Check-in is guaranteed from 3 pm onwards.

Throughout the duration of your stay, the entire property will be at your disposal. We kindly request that you treat the premises with the same care and respect as if it were your own, allowing you to fully savor your time on the vibrant Gold Coast.
