This charming and well-appointed 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath multi-level townhome features casually elegant and comfortable furnishings offering amazing views and is located in the lovely family friendly resort community of Bayville Shores just 2.5 miles west of the Fenwick Island beaches. Bayville Shores offers wonderful amenities with large and kiddie pools, kids playground and fitness center, volleyball, tennis, basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, fishing pier and boat ramp all within a short walking distance. Amenities also include central air conditioning, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, gas fireplace, 5 TVs, WiFi, gas grill, and 2nd level deck with amazing water views! The many beaches of Fenwick Island, Bethany and Ocean City along with restaurants and shopping are only a short drive minutes away! Mini Weeks are available both in and out of season!

Love Fenwick DE areas - Bay Shores Townhomes. A Great Community to stay with your family and friends

My Family had a blast at the Bay Shores Townhouse, it was a great, safe friendly community to at. The only issue we had, was during our arrival, when checking out the property, we noticed right away that sunroom door knob/ lock was loose, try to fix ourself ,but still had to call agent to report broken door knob. But overall, we still loved the townhome, was exactly as pictured, simply beautiful.
