Great location, cute condo

We love Caribbean Dunes and have stayed in many units. This unit did not disappoint. It is on the bottom floor, making easy access to the beach. The management company was communicative and accommodating to our requests. The unit was tidy and nicely decorated. I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked to cook during our stay. We would stay here again.

良かった点 : ロケーション
The condo is in a great location for beach access. The condo itself needs some TLC to bring just the basic needs for a home up to par. You definitely get that “rental” feel from the interior. Missing shower towel rods, broken handle for the bathroom drawer, and the worst part was that the pull out bed was in horrible condition. The furniture was also in very poor condition. There are not outlets in the bunks for the children to charge their devices or lights. For as much money as you spend to travel to this area you expect the basics to be provided so each member of your family can enjoy the stay. I would not recommend this condo unless you are okay with the “rental” feel. This condo needs updated bad to bring it up to par.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share these concerns. The issues you mentioned—the towel rods, drawer handle, pull-out bed condition, and lack of charging outlets—are all valid points that deserve our attention. Your comfort is our priority, and it's clear we fell short of the standard you rightfully expect. We'd like to address these maintenance items and explore upgrades to improve the overall experience. We'd welcome the opportunity to make things right. Please reach out directly so we can discuss how we can better serve your family on your next visit.

It was great honestly! Loved the property. Love the convenience of location. Everything was clean and easy to take care of! Plus they gave us a little welcoming gift since we were on our honeymoon! Only thing that kinda spoiled e experience was the lack of toilet paper. Like two rolls was not enough for us to make it through a week! We had to go out and buy more. Other than that though. Perfect stay. We want to definitely come back!

Good location, bed was queen size not king and my husband is 6'2 so tgat was a little disappointing. Washer was broken but tgen made arrangements for us to do laundry in another nearby unit and we appreciated the solution. The people in the unit above us wree up at 3am nearly every morning and walked loudly enough to wake us up. Not udeal but not much the property management can do about elephant walkers.
