The Space:
This fabulous 3 story Tuscan-style single family home is as close as you can get to the beach without paying the beachfront prices. Multiple levels of outdoor space offer ocean and beach views, and the location is just steps to the sand as well as dozens of local shopping and dining options.
The downstairs living and dining area flows to the kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, granite counters and a spacious pantry. The breakfast bar seats four for quick meals or drinks. The living room has a comfortable L-shaped couch perfect for lounging, a fireplace and a mounted flat screen TV. The high-boy dining table seats four for meals or games or sharing the days experiences.
All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. The master suite at the front of the house has a king bed, fireplace, and balcony with ocean view. It also has an en suite bathroom with 2 vanities and a beautiful custom tile walk-in shower. The middle bedroom has two twin beds and shares the hall bath with granite counters and tile shower. The back bedroom is a “second master” with a king bed, a balcony with views, a flat screen TV and the adjacent hall bath. The third story has a full sized, pull out sofa bed along with a wet bar, mini fridge, flat screen TV and a half bath.
Outdoor living spaces are abundant at this rental. Three levels of open-air space include the front patio, the master bedroom balcony, guest balcony and to top it all off, the elevated rooftop deck—with a table and seating for 8, umbrella, stainless barbecue and views of the ocean, Newport Pier and the city.
The full-size washer and dryer are tucked away in a laundry closet off the kitchen.
