The Space:
This charming upper level condo has everything a family needs to thoroughly enjoy their time in Newport. Just a few houses from the beach with an ocean view rooftop deck and two car parking, this clean, updated rental is just a short walk to Newport Pier and amenities plus steps to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula. Larger families can add on the lower one-bedroom unit for additional space!
The living area has a queen-size sofa bed and flat panel TV. Around the corner, the dining area has a table with seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and plenty of storage for preparing meals for the whole gang.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted flat panel TV, walk-in closet and en suite bath with shower. Kids will love the nautically-themed second bedroom with twin over double bunk and a full-size trundle. The nearby hall bath has a tub/shower combination. The home has a terrific rooftop deck for soaking up the sun or enjoying family meals and sharing the days experiences.
The shared garage has room for 2 cars. The shared full-size washer and dryer is located in the garage as well.
The Newport Pier area is a quick stroll away with shops, local eateries, beach rentals and amazing sunsets. The area has no shortage of options for family fun and adventures!

-10 pm noise curfew ordinance Strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police
-Must be 26 or older to book
-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
