With a great patio with a dining table, BBQ, and couch seating you have plenty of room to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or end your beach day relaxing by the propane fire pit. This property is located close to the grocery store, shopping, and some of the best restaurants that the peninsula has to offer.



The compact kitchen has everything you need to make the perfect picnic for the beach, or make your families favorite meals. The dining table and bar seating accommodates your whole family. The beachy decorated living room has a couch and two armchairs for plenty of seating. There is a flat panel TV mounted by the dining table for everyone to enjoy their favorite shows.



The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms both have a queen bed and share the bathroom in the hall. The shared washer and dryer are located in the garage.



There is room for 1 car in the shared garage. Street parking is recommended for larger vehicles, but please be aware of street signs and notices.

-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
