Welcome to your tropical haven featuring a stunning wrap-around lanai and sweeping island views, offering the perfect setting for relaxation and unforgettable Sanibel getaways. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this spacious retreat features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for your entire group.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds—making the layout ideal for families and groups traveling together.

This elevated multi-level home is accessed by stairs and designed for both comfort and convenience. The first bathroom features a shower/tub combination, while the second bathroom offers a walk-in shower, ensuring flexibility and ease for all guests.

The tiled living area provides a stylish yet relaxed space to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals at home, whether it's a quick breakfast or a full dinner after a day exploring the island.

Entertainment and convenience are thoughtfully covered with cable television, a DVD player, high-speed wireless internet, and an in-home washer and dryer, making longer stays effortless and comfortable.

Step outside to the expansive screened lanai, where gentle island breezes and lush tropical surroundings create the perfect environment for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or quiet evenings under the palms.

With its spacious layout, thoughtful amenities, and seamless indoor-outdoor living, this Sanibel retreat offers everything needed for a relaxing and memorable island escape.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

All units have beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The TV's have Roku, no cable at this time.

Fantastic pet friendly, beach front location.

You could easily walk to the beautiful beaches along a boardwalk and trail. It will be even easier when the additional paths are repaired. We had a wonderful time shelling. The three bedroom and 2 bath unit was very spacious, and the wrap around lanai with ocean view was even better. Everything was very clean, and well stocked with towels, kitchen items, and nice bedding. The pool area was clean as well. An overall peaceful and beachy vibe. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first visit to Sanibel Island and Signal Inn

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed spending time on the lanai, and the short walk to the beach was so convenient. Having beach gear provided made everything easy and stress-free. It was a great introduction to the island, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Our place to stay for at least 20 years!

Was glad to have Olivia on site. She was very helpful! So glad to see the landscaping is back and pool looked so pretty. It would be nice to have new porch chairs as several have trim that pokes out. Signal Inn is such a unique and happy place. Glad to be there!

We really enjoyed our trip here!

The beach access is awesome; a short trail surrounded by mangroves. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Comfy beds were a big plus! The decor brought the perfect beach bungalo feel and we enjoyed using the provided shell scoops on our many beach walks. We also appreciated the outdoor wash station for easy sand clean-up.

Only draw back was that the upstairs bedroom walls do not go to the ceiling so if one person turns on a light then whole upstairs is lit up. Not really a big deal and the location was great.

Perfect place In paradise!

Really enjoyed our stay! Fabulous 3/2. We brought my elderly mom so it was convenient to have a bedroom and bath on the first floor. Well furnished with everything we needed including beach chairs & umbrellas! Ample parking, charcoal grill close to the unit.

Sanibel get-away

We booked this cute house to stay in for the weekend when my son got married. It was in a great location, very clean, well-maintained, and super quiet. The cottages are raised from the ground. They reminded me of the treehouse rooms at Walt Disney World. Beautiful views of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms. Easy walk to the beach and chairs and umbrellas are provided if you choose to use . The cottage also has a screened in porch that wraps almost all the way around. It was a great place to just sit and relax in the evenings and not have to worry about bugs. I will definitely rent here again if I have a need to stay on Sanibel.

A decent place to stay

It's a good property but i think it will depend on who is your neighbor. Also some small issues.The neighbors had small kids and it seemed like any time we were there, they were as well. They had to open the sliding doors a million times and you can hear it through the entire house. The upstairs bedrooms are not completely enclosed so if you are upstairs your can hear everything. About 8' up to the ceiling is all open. Not sure on whyNot much in the way of supplies to last the stay.Communication and response is great from the staff.
