Step inside to find a bright and inviting open-plan living area, complete with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating - perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the Peninsula. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, while the separate laundry includes both a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Long weekend break.

We had a lovely stay in Rosebud. The place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. It was an easy 10min to Rosebud beach.

Everything worked except the internet was not great in Rosebud at the time I was there. It worked fine on my laptop though. This was out of the host control as the entire area was experiencing this. I loved being able to have a coffee on the deck out the back . Very pleasant. The only suggestion would be to bring a small step stool if you are short in stature for a few cupboards but mostly it was not a problem. If you mostly hang your clothes then maybe a portable clothes rack as only one of the rooms had a cupboard though it did have a clothes ladder. There was adequate drawer space in both rooms. Overall a very enjoyable time and Grace the host was contactable if needed.

Everything you need in a home away from home

Retro property, very clean, comfortable, kids loved the games and books. Everything you can think of is convenient to use as if you are at your own home. All the little details made the stay hassle free. Back yard and patio made property spacious. Close to all shops and beach. The host is great to deal with and reply’s quickly. Will definitely stay again.

A perfect holiday house

We (3 adults) stayed here for a week and could not have had better accommodation. Close to the beach and close to shops & restaurants. The location is ideal, but the standout was the house itself which was extremely comfortable, fully equipped and had everything we needed without having to go to the shops. Tea (I have never seen so many choices), coffee, milk, almond milk, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mountains of towels, washing machine, dryer, clothes line, washing powder - Grace had supplied everything! Thank you, Grace, we will come back again and in the meantime recommend you to others.

We stayed here last year and it was very comfortable, but to our surprise this year we discovered a new kitchen which is very well appointed and had everything we needed plus a new bathroom.We would highly recommend Grace’s house which is a short walk to the beach and shops, has plenty of space and is equipped to facilitate self catering if that is your preference.Thank you Grace for making us feel welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed.

Thank you for your rating Alessio and am aware that your rating was a reaction to my complaint in how you left my newly renovated property. The Cleaner had sent me photos of the mess you left behind including stains in the fridge, visible marks on the stovetop, bathroom vanity, broken toilet roll holder and toilet seat, stolen dressing gown reserved for guests and left a pungent aroma in the home. You also did not disclose that you were a schoolie, which I do not hire out to for these very reasons. I have warned the platform so that this does not happen to other hosts.
