Welcome to a fully self-contained haven, complete with its own well-appointed kitchen, a serene bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, a bathroom boasting a refreshing shower and toilet, and a cozy lounge area adorned with a comfortable couch. For those accompanied by little ones, a convenient portacot awaits. WIFI is also offered to guests.
Nestled discreetly behind the owner's abode, this self-contained oasis provides a sense of seclusion while offering all the comforts of a home away from home.
Tailored to accommodate two adults and a child, this unit epitomizes the ideal golf-side retreat, a place where you can savour your holiday to the fullest while basking in pure relaxation.
Unfortunately, the home does not have an oven or stove, but it does have a BBQ, Air Fryer and Electric Fry Pan that is available for use.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
