Check-in fees paid to the building are as follows;
Fob $30.00 electronic access key for building and amenities. Key fobs are required per 2 people, 14 years of age or older.

$7 for any packages delivered to the building.

Bi-weekly parking fee for 14 days $125

Great location!

This apartment is in a great location! The beach area was not as crowded as the places south. The rooms are very big and the view of the ocean is great considering you aren’t directly facing it. Both hosts Elliot and Gustavo were very responsive. Gustavo was even kind enough to ship clothes back to me that I left in a drawer. World definitely stay here again!

Winter Holiday

Located right on the Atlantic Ocean, The Tides is a wonderful place to stay with a family. The pool, exercise room, cafe and beach are only steps away. The condo was spacious and meet our family's needs. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrella provided in the unit. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Views

Condo had great views and amenities. Enjoyed our time here. Short drive to the Hollywood Broadwalk with all the food, and entertainment you could ask for. Would recommend!

Fantastic location with a fantastic view.

We needed to add a few extra days as our plans changed as they often do. The owner was very friendly and was able to accommodate us. The property is great with an awesome pool and miles of beach. Such a great area we will be back.

Excellent Stay

The location is excellent. Very family friendly. Elliott and Gustavo were very responsive and the property was spotless. The apartment is much bright than in the pictures. Balcony offers breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset. Would definitely return!

Eliot the owner was very responsive to any questions. He was very attentive and responsive to any issues. He was a pleasure to work with on this rental. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

Great Condo-painful parking

The condo was great, including the view and the location. Property manager was very helpful as well. The parking attendant was not helpful and then when I returned my pass they did not have me on their list and would not return my deposit. Very annoying.

The unit was nicky clean with all amenities needed it. Location is fantastic, ocean colors were amazing HOA needs to work with security and check in team, some of them not friendly

Very clean, great views

We stayed for a girls trip and loved the location and it had everything we needed, though we didn’t cook. The space was very clean and well maintained. The check in process is annoying but as long as you are prepared for the extra step/cost. The Enjoy cafe was a nice amenity when we wanted to grab something easy and quick. The view was amazing from the unit!

Hollywood beach

This location was perfect. Had a few issues with the elevators breaking down, made for some lines, seemed to happen to the same elevator over and over, got a little frustrating, but only made it busy between 9-5. Unit had tile floors and a vacuum would be nice to have. Minimally furnished, everything you needed, but nothing extra. Communication was very good, I would stay again.

Beautiful Unit close to the beach

We spent one week of our winter break in the sunshine on the beach. The unit was clean and updated with everything we needed. The building was quiet but traffic can be loud nearby. Working with the owner/manager was a breeze. Checkin location could be a bit more welcoming. It’s located in a back hallway and not at a front desk, which was a little unsettling. The location is very convenient and located right at the beach, which is what we always love when we book a vacation.

Very confortable and clean apartment

The apartment is as described on the VRBO page. The only thing I would advise is to add more dishes and glasses in the kitchen and add a closet or walking closet in the second bedroom. It is possible because there are two closets closed with padlocks. It would be very useful, especially for long stays like ours, of 18 days. Gustavo was very kind and helped us quickly in what we requested. We thank you very much.

Clean and tidy

Propert clean and tidy. Building has great amenities. The only thing that would have been more helpful is more supplies.. Can't use dishwasher as we didn't have enough plates utensils etc . Had to wash by hand to ensure we had stuff to use next meal. And no basic supplies like sugar so for short stays would have to get bigger packages which we didnt need. Overall the stay was comfortable. Location clean. Great pool. Owner is responsive. Thank you

It’s not Luxury!

It’s definitely not Luxurious. The pros: - Location - On the beach - Views of the Ocean - Comfortable beds The cons: - Dollar store quality cutlery - The kitchen knives were useless - the windows were incredibly dirty - master bathroom walls are crumbling - a/c clunks loudly when it shuts off - this was a problem when trying to sleep. Apparently the property owner knows about this issue, but it’s never been fixed. Overall it is a very tired and poorly maintained building and this unit is not what I would call luxurious. I have rented many Vrbo properties over many years and this is definitely was in the worst condition.

Pillow covers stinky - and not washed

We came as a famiky of four adults . The beach view was amazing , However the apartment had a small back view not front view. We stayed for 6 days and they did not provide a single extra toilet paper and paper towel. They didn’t even single bottle of water as courtesy. They had water bottles and paper towel in locked closet lying there ( I could see it from outside ) but I don’t know why they didn’t provide us. . The bath mat was pretty old and not very pleasant. The tap water was stinky. The main thing that disappointed me were smelly and stinky pillow covers on queen bed . I felt like the linens were not properly washed . I would give 3.5 stars overall .

Comfortable place, perfect location

Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a few questions throughout our stay, and he was quick to respond. There were four beach chairs in the unit that were in great condition. Washing machine and dryer are on the same floor and cost $2 per wash and $2 per dry. We could have used a few more towels, but we washed them mid-stay. Couch and beds are comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Plenty of dishes, utensils and pots and pans. It was really clean, no complaints. I used Shipt to have groceries, cleaning supplies and alcohol delivered. Target had everything we needed. Anything else we wanted we were able to purchase in the 1st floor cafe/ store or across the street at the 7Eleven. Cafe food was just ok. They’re really friendly and fast. Dinner at the Hilton property across the street was really good. Service could be slow. Prices reasonable. Got an Uber to the mall, which is filled with high end luxury brand stores and normal stores and enjoyed the Cheesecake Factory as a family. Would definitely stay here again. No need to rent a car and pay for parking. Just Uber and have stuff delivered and walk!

Excellent apartment, annoying check-in process and policies

It's a beautiful apartment at end of a hall, so it's quiet; reasonably well-equipped (but providing soap for the showers should be included). Beds are comfortable (king bed is very firm). There's a laundry near the elevator. The pool area and beach are very nice. There are nice beach towels, sand chairs, etc. To check in, you meet the property manager who walks with you to the next building where you have to check-in. There could be a line that takes a long time to wait in. You have to pay $30 per fob which lets you into the building, pool area, and beach. So, two people staying there pay $60. This is not refundable. That's really kind of outrageous. I knew about it, but still...To park, it costs $75/week. We only stayed 3 nights, but were told that the $20/night charge would not allow us in and out privileges. Frankly, I think that was a lie. So we paid $75. Then you pay $20 in cash to get the electronic tag to hang in the car that operates the gates in and out. When you leave, you can return the tag and if there's not a long wait (or you don't mind waiting if there is), retrieve your $20. I think it would be so much easier to check in at the correct building and receive the fobs as part of a "resort fee" of something like $10/day that can include the parking tag which you pay for as part of the reservation. Maybe you pay an additional deposit you get back when you return the fobs and tag when you leave. Bottom line - I would stay there again, but be aware of the extra charges and check-in/out annoyances.

Great Location

We enjoyed our time here at the beach. The rooms were as described. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 preteen kids. Location was excellent and beach was good. Our only gripe was that the amenities were lacking. The kitchen did not have any spices and we had enough soap to run the dishwasher one time. Also the place came with one toilet paper roll per bathroom for the 5 day stay. Fortunately this place is conveniently located to grocery stores so we were able to stock up on dish soap and toilet paper as needed.
