I will say that it is a very nice house. However, our stay ended up being in the middle.of some remodeling and we weren't given any notice of that. Some of the lights didn't work. One light fixture was hanging by its wires in the ceiling.The a/c would not stay cool. It would be 79 in the house every morning. When I told the host company, they said to make sure the doors were closed and that they would send a technician out to look at it. Well, we did not get it fixed during the 11 nights we spent there.

Problems with AC. It would go up b to 79 at night when it should be cooling. Hard to sleep when AC not working properly. It was fixed once but continued to be a problem at night. By m 8 in the m morning it would be back down to73. Was like it was on auto and we could not control it

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing due to multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues.When we arrived, the master bathroom was dirty and required cleaning before we could use it. There was dirt and lint on the floor, the sink was dirty, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned. The toilet seat was also loose.We reported that the guest bathroom shower was clogged and draining very slowly. Although a replacement bath rug was delivered, no one came to repair the shower during our stay.The overall cleanliness of the property was below expectations. We found multiple hairs on the bedding and comforters, stained sheets, dust and debris under furniture, and a dirty washing machine drum. Most concerning was finding a used feminine hygiene product underneath furniture in the master bedroom, which should have been discovered during cleaning.For a property that charges a cleaning fee, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. While the location may work for some travelers, the condition of the property and the lack of resolution to reported issues negatively affected our stay.Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.

Beds seemed dirty. Cleaning lady was still cleaning when we arrived an hour after our check in time. As well as no warning ahead of time. Pool area has water balloons everywhere. No trash bags to be found. Front yard was terribly overgrown while broken glass was in the driveway. Hair everywhere for some weird reason. A lonesome dreadlock in the pool. Also tried looking for new sheets after finding hair in the bed. It is walls and a lumpy bed to sleep in after a long day at Universal Studios. It sufficed for the 62 a day price and the 8 guests we had as well. Just could’ve been a little cleaner.
