With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, ample space to spread out, this updated home is sure to meet all your vacation needs! Beautiful furnishings inside and out ensure your family’s comfort and make a perfect atmosphere to bring everyone together.
The ground level of “Lil Salty” is extremely versatile and offers a pyramid bunk bed with a twin over a queen bed, a stand-alone queen bed, and a futon sitting area that overlooks the television. This space works perfectly for a family or for folks that enjoy a little bit of privacy. There is a full bathroom attached to this suite. Outside you will find a fully fenced backyard which makes this home ideal for families with young children or pets! Enjoy grilling out in the evenings and dining at the picnic table as the sun sets.
Upstairs you are welcomed by the gracious open floor plan that creates a wonderful family room. The beautifully updated kitchen is well stocked and will surely make meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy quality time and home cooked meals with your family around the spacious dining table. Kick back on the deck after dinner and enjoy a spectacular sunset and soft salty breezes in the evenings. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
