Nicely renovated home

We were the first to rent from this owner. A couple of hitches with our arrival, but the owner was so helpful in remedying the situation and even took us to the grocery store in the rain. Chests of drawers in each bedroom would be very helpful, but other than that, a lovely time.

This property is listed as a house. It is one of many units in a house. The bare minimum furniture was provided. Bedroom door broken, boiler smelled of gas, fans didn’t work. The host was very difficult to contact when we arrived. Another group had been given our unit - they were equally confused. We were eventually given a different unit. Positives : The handyman (Brad?) who lived nearby was very helpful 😂 The kitchen was quite nice. The host asked me, by text, to give a 5⭐️ review. Sorry, can’t do.

Host was overall helpful with all our needs. House was spacious for a family of 5, had almost everything we needed in the kitchen. He offered laundry detergent so that was helpful to do a small load of laundry. The apartment had a overpowered smell of air freshener that was too much scent and we questioned how clean the linens were . Wifi wouldn't work for us so not sure why it wouldn't connect on our devices , could have been a problem on our end . For the time during the Calgary stampede is was reasonably priced. Thanks for having us
