Situated close to the hamlet of Termini, the villa is immersed in nature yet just 10 km from Sorrento.

Closer at hand, the pleasantly curving asymmetrical pool (15 x 7 m) is equally distracting and a wonderful spot to soak up the sun on decking and lawns looking out over the fruit and vegetable-yielding terraces and gentle hills around Massa Lubrense and over Capri.

Admire the views from private terraces on each floor, including a large furnished terrace on the second floor, a sea view terrace on the first floor where the former refectory has been transformed into a dining room with seating for 12, several balconies and cloisters with an antique well.

The villa has been re-structured into three apartments, each featuring the finest of materials, including ceramics from Vietri sul Mare, prestigious silks and exquisite antique furniture.

The monastery’s former refectory has been transformed into a dining room with space for 12 and a balcony that opens on to the terrace. A small cloister with trees and flowers has an antique well and steps up to the 2nd floor.
