Denne leiligheten på stranden, på det foretrukne Ocean Reef Condominium, har nylig blitt oppgradert med nye møbler til stuen, komfortabel sovesofa, balkonginnredning og dekor! Nyt den gratis BEACH-TJENESTEN som tilbys for denne eiernes gjest, gitt 15. mars til 31. oktober.

Denne leiligheten har 18 tommers steinfliser fra inngangsdøren til balkongen bortsett fra soverommene som har teppe. Den har vakre benkeplater i granitt. Den har alle apparater i rustfritt stål og dekorative fliser under benkeplatene og som bakplater på kjøkkenet. Den har bred krone støping rundt det meste av tak og gulv.

Begge soverommene er innredet som hovedsoverom. Begge har kongesenger. Senget��yet er toppen av linjen putetopp med premium sengetøy. Begge soverommene har eget bad. Begge har en 32-tommers TV. Den eneste forskjellen er at man vender ut mot den store balkongen med utsikt over Mexicogulfen. Du kan faktisk se bølgene fra sengen din.

Balkongen er en av de største på stranden. Selv med alle møblene på balkongen er det ikke overfylt og har god plass til å nyte den fantastiske utsikten over Mexicogulfen.

For din glede er det gitt en 55 tommers smart HDTV med DVD i stuen.

Røyking forbudt, ingen kjæledyr, 25 år eller eldre for å bestille, belegg er 6.

The condo was great no complaints at all. The elevators while we there out of 3 of them only one worked one day the wait time to get on elevators was at least 25 minutes or more the other days only 2 worked and the wait time was very long. The parking deck is very tight also. But the condo again no complaints at all very beautiful huge balcony. Loved it

Family Friendly Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect beachfront stay! This stunning condo was everything we could have hoped for and more for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views and within walking distance to food, fun, and Pier Park. The amenities were outstanding—heated indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, steam room, gym, and plenty of beach toys in the condo. They also provided free beach service, with two chairs and an umbrella. If we were staying in, the kitchen had every tool we needed to feel like home, only better. There were comfortable beds with a firm or pillow-top option, plus bunk beds for the kids. However, what truly set this place apart was the oversized private balcony. We spent multiple mornings enjoying coffee while watching the sunrise and dolphins swim, and spent evenings admiring the sunset as the waves rolled in. We highly recommend this beachfront condo to anyone seeking a relaxing, family-friendly escape. Our stay here was so perfect that we extended our trip. Greta and her team were so accommodating and helpful. We will be back!

We took our small family to enjoy a slow pace time with them. 1507 is absolutely beautiful and clean. The facility is quite and family oriented. The facility is very clean as well. We enjoyed the connivence with a 4 yr old the recreation just across the road with Fun-land arcade , putt putt golf and go karts. We couldn’t have had better family time.

AN AMAZING 3 WEEKS

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3 week stay was absolutely fantastic. The condo had everything we needed and Riley and Adam was very accomodating. I asked for a bath mat because there was no safety bars in the tub and Riley got one right away. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony jsut watching the outside. We saw dolphins, pelicans, manta rays and even a manatee!We did mini golf a cross the street and they have also an excellent donut shop and ice cream called Amore across the street as well. We are thinking of coming back again next year and staying longer. Greta has a very well stocked kitchen of dishes and gadgets. I would suggest that there should be an empty cupboard made so that you can store your grocerys. We had to put ours on the counter and it was quite cluttered. I guess if you are just there a few days or a week it's not a big deal but we were there for 3 weeks.We cooked and ate alot in the condo as we wanted to enjoy jsut being there. We had such a good time.

Excellent staff, wonderful large pool , uncrowded beach area, beach service was excellent, great location. The balcony was very large with plenty of seating and we thoroughly enjoyed it mornings and evenings. We will stay here again ! 5⭐️Sea screamer is a must! Andrews State Park lagoon is wonderful! Saltwater grill has amazing early bird specials and their tequila mule is divine! The arcade/ snack shop across the street had reasonable prices for food and ice cream.

This is a beautiful condo. The large balcony and the gorgeous ocean view is a plus. The condo is nicely decorated and centrally located to all the best restaurants. The bedroom mattresses are extremely comfortable. One of the best beach condos we’ve ever stayed at!

The condo is cuter than the pictures do it justice, it was decorated very cute and it was super clean. Our stay was very relaxing and quiet. It was nice to have putt putt and other things to do right across the street. We loved that we could sign up for beach chair service for our stay and we ended up having perfect weather our entire stay. Trying to pull out when people were checking in at the parking garage was a little frustrating but I also see the value in it, considering you are right on the strip. I’d definitely stay here again!

Disappointed with Greta Rentals Mamagement

I read the documents from Greta Rentals indicating that you will be charged a deposit, if you do not elect to get damage insurance. I prepaid for damage insurance and was still charged a deposit I received a receipt directly from Greta Beach Rentals that showed that I prepaid for damage insurance. When I called them I was told I had ro get a receipt from VRBO indicating that I had prepaid for damage insurance. I tried calling VRBO and was kept waiting for.30mins. I had spoken with VRBO earlier about my card being charged more than I expected. I was told to contact Grets Beach Rentals. Not happy! Upon arrival to the facility I could not access the facility. My husband who is disabled had to stand up outside the facility, until we can gain access. It turns out we were given a code that did not work. We called Greta Beach Rentals, but none of the codes worked. We called Security from thew front gate and they tried entering the original code emailed to us and a new code, but could not get in. The security personnel was asked to enter a master code that opens all.doors, it worked. We were tired and frustrated.

Wonderful Condo!

Beautiful condo that we could tell owners take pride in, even down to good quality pillows. Plenty of kitchen items including a regular AND keurig coffee machines. Rooms were large and nicely decorated. Patio is HUGE with full size table, loveseat and 2 oversized loungers. Location for us was great as it was walking distance to multiple shops, activities and restaurants. Only downsides that are out of their control was that the indoor pool was closed on rainy day, and hot tub was only hot one day we were there. There is an office on 6th floor and did not seem super convenient to get in touch with. Overall a great experience and would definitely book this condo again in the future!

The mattress was not very comfortable, very soft, but that's a gamble anywhere you go.
