Said we would have to pay for a room upgrade wheh it should have been a VIP entitlement. Clean and tidy apartment. Not easy to find the entrance but once gound, all.okay. Pool was a bit average. Tiles falling off. Rest of it okay.

I would not recommend

Sadly this was not a good experience for us at Adina. The apartment was in a poor condition with cracked tiles, water damage, ill fitting doors, damp linen, soiled furnishings and very dirty balcony etc. whilst the room staff had tried to clean it in the time they had, the underlying cleanliness was very poor. I spent the first two hours cleaning on arrival - and sadly it got worse. On our first night the toilet overflow started at 3.20 AM and the carpet in the bedroom was soaking. The tumble drier didn’t work ( even the gaffer tape left to close the door failed). Max, house maintenance was brilliant and daily housekeeping was fine but the underlying issues were too great. Senior management didn’t seem to be bothered. I have stayed in many serviced apartment and this was bar far the worst. I would not recommend. Location for the conference area and CBD was ok. In an effort to say something positive, the iron was good!

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is very convenient for the CBD with friendly helpful staff who told us about the tree CAT buses in the city. An added benefit is the swimming pool which we used for a dip in the hot weather a couple of times. Works well for a visit to Perth and v convenient for the Convention Centre across the road.

This is a good choice if you are staying in Perth. Centrally located it has a range of amenities. Please note only the one room apartments have laundry facilities but there is an excellent laundrette in West Perth. Helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent location. 10 mins walk to Elizabeth Quay where you can get on a ferry to Freemantle etc. Even less time to walk to the bus & train station. 15 mins walk in the opposite direction are shops, bars & restaurants. Clean large apartment with a comfy bed. Our only niggle was the pool area. It could do with a good scrub round the edges. The water has oil floating on top & a lot of the tiles were missing around the jacuzzi :( hopefully this is in hand to be rectified

The staff is very friendly and efficient, beds are very comfortable and have proper feather pillows and the room was very quiet. Though the hotel could do with some updating here and there. Most notably a pool area in which a lot of tiles are missing is not the prettiest sight

handy location

Airport bus 380 drops you at Elizabeth Quay which is a few minutes from Adina although a little tricky to find. We had a studio on the top floor overlooking the conference centre , not a very exciting outlook but had a balcony for fresh air Beds very comfortable and bathroom had bath.Kitchen had microwave and toaster. There is a small pool and a tiny gym. There is no laundry unless you are in an apartment where you get a washing machine. All staff very friendly and helpful only minor complaint was some noisy plumbing/pipes? on the roof which disturbed us at night.If we returned we would go for a lower floor to avoid this Would recommend Adina

Good sized apartment given it was so centrally located. Next door to Elizabeth Quay and the CBD meant we could easily walk to most attractions.

Perfect for our first visit to Perth!

We booked Adina for our first trip to Perth and I'm glad we did!! The apartments are the perfect size and well appointed and very clean. The bedroom was great, with black out curtains, a good size bed and a tv. The fitted wardrobes were a good size with ample space for our clothes to hang up AND our suitcases to be stored. The living/dining room was bigger than I expected and the furniture comfortable. We had the option to self cater, and there was more than enough utensils to do so with ease but we decided to make the most of our time in Perth and ate out as much as possible. We did order room service breakfast one morning which was delicious. The only faults, which are insignificant, I could find were that the tumble dryer stopped working a lot unless you held the door shut so that wasn't great. And it blew a lot of dust out because of this. And once I woke up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night to find the bathroom was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. I turned the light on which activates the extractor fan and aired it and it was fine by morning. Had it happened again I would have asked staff to investigate but on that night I didn't fancy anyone traipsing up to the room at 3am. In all I would fully recommend Adina. It seems perfect for any group size of people, the location is perfect and also right by Transperth transport links!

We had an excellent suite at this hotel - free wifi, good airconditioning, huge amounts of space and good quality kitchen. The cleaning of the room was also done with great efficiency. We had only two little complaints - the use of the parking seemed excessively high at $30 a night and the noise from the bus station air conditioning exhaust, very close by, was annoying during the day.
