Amazing location, kind Park and city right at your doorstep. The place was clean, tidy and had everything i needed. The 1 draw back was the televisión es very small and kept losing reception. Definitely will stay again.

This is a great budget place to stay in West Perth. Short walk to the city, Elizabeth Quay and the free Blue, Green and Purple CAT buses. It might be a little dated but it has everything you need for a good stay

Excellent clean budget accomodation downtown.

This a basic unit with good size kitchen and bathroom. The room is large enough. The furnishings are basic but very comfortable and clean and in good repair. The proximity to the CBD is excellent - only a short walk. The room rates are about half the rates of an upmarket place. Overall very comfortable and excellent value. I have stayed here before and will stay again.
