켄싱턴리조트 제주한림점에서 편안하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 객실이 깔끔하고 넓어서 가족과 함께 지내기에 좋았고, 침구도 편안해서 푹 쉴 수 있었어요. 무엇보다 직원분들이 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 주변에 한림과 협재 해변 등 관광하기 좋은 곳도 가까워 이동하기 편리했고, 제주 여행의 거점으로 이용하기에도 만족스러웠습니다. 조용한 분위기에서 여유롭게 휴식을 즐길 수 있었고, 전반적으로 가격 대비 만족도가 높은 숙소였습니다. 다음에 제주를 방문하게 된다면 다시 이용하고 싶은 리조트입니다. 편안한 숙소를 찾는 분들께 추천드립니다.

이불과 베개가 너무 냄새가 심했어요 머리가 아팠음!!다시는 못가겠어요 충전기도 준비되어 있자않는곳!손님 맞을 준비가 전혀 안되어 있는곳!!친절하지 않아요!! 캔싱턴이 이정도 인지는 진짜 몰랐어요 전반적으로 시스템 점검해여함

숙소의 전체적인 질이 낮았고 그에 비해 가격은 비싼 편입니다. 호텔로써 전문성을 좀 더 올렸으면 좋겠습니다. 전체적인 내부 건물의 리모델링이 필요해 보입니다. 수건도 큰 수건이 제공되지 않았고 쓰레기를 손님들이 다 분리하게 했으며 쓰레기통의 봉투가 마켓에서 주는 검은 봉지로 덮어놓았으며 futon 이불은 빨은 것 같지 않았으며 냄새가 많이 나는 객실이었습니다. 거실에서 바라본 바다 풍경만 좋았습니다.

가성비 좋은 호텔

방3개에 침대방 2개 화장실 2개라 여자 3명서 편하게 사용했고 주방있는 방을 받아서 간단하게 끓여먹고 했어요. 다음에 또 방문할 의사 있어요~

방이 3개인데 에어컨은 거실에 하나라...습하고 더운 날씨에 숙소 들어가서 선선해지는데 오랜 시간이 걸리는것에 답답함을 느꼈습니다. 그리고 주변에 마땅한 식당도 없고 내부에 사용할수 있는 열원은 없는데 햇반을 먹으려해도 다른 층에 가서 데워와야하는데 복도도 넘 덥더라구요. 에너지 절약도 좋지만...가격대비 만족스럽지는 못했습니다.
