The actual room and furniture were outdated and not that great. Location and ease of use was fantastic and worked well. I would have like a more comfy bed. The cabinets and utensils felt like all left overs from someone’s old home. Outside of that the place was great and I would book it again.

The owners need to replace the dryer and stove. And they provided a charcoal grill that was not allowed to be used so while grilling we were told to put it out. Overall we had a nice stay. The resort was wonderful.

Mixed review. On the positive side, the view was great and plenty of space for the family. The place was clean. However, the apartment was kept in very poor condition. The blinds were broken and missing probably 40% of the pieces which hung down leading to sunlight pouring into the bedroom at sunrise. The building poorly maintenance led to a leak from the room in the bedroom when heavy rain in the middle of the night. The mattresses must be 30 years old and uncomfortable. No money has gone into this place in 40 years it seems other than some TVs and a washer and dryer

The property is poor condition. The supplies in the kitchens are so old not enough supplies for number of people and cheap items. The check in is so difficult and take more time. The beds are not the same size as advertised (queen vs full) my. We feel disappointed for the rate we paid. Parking fees was charged which not free as advertised.

Edgewater was our "go to" vacation spot years ago and never had a problem. This time, the condo was not cleaned well (our feet were black within minutes of walking on the tile). We had multiple issues with the unit, most of which were not resolved while we were there. We would choose another resort in the future.

Highly Disappointing Accommodation

First, the unit is very dated and had an odd smell. The furniture, comforters, pillow ca sees, rugs, carpet, are all dated. The old fashioned curtains in kitchen window allow for someone on the outside to see completely through the unit to the living (beware). The TV in the secondary bedroom only picked up a game show channel. There were roaches in the kitchen (and inside fridge) and ants in the bathroom (everywhere). The water pressure in the toilets were very low. And lastly, if you plan on doing any work or streaming, being a hotspot with you, as the internet available in the unit is extremely slow even with only one device connected to it.
