1300 pies cuadrados de Beach Theme Condo Life te espera en este 2+ dormitorio 2. Condominio de 5 baños con sala de estar adicional con patio exterior ubicado en Lake Padre y cerca de la playa. La increíble ubicación con deslizamiento compartido hace que sea un lugar increíble para pescar en el Canal Packery o hacer un viaje al Golfo. Nuestro condominio tiene capacidad para un total de 7 con agradables comodidades en todo. Muebles cómodos y ambiente de playa.

Llegue para encontrar todo lo que necesita en unas vacaciones. Fácil acceso al condominio con la primera unidad desde el acceso por carretera. El salón principal de la planta baja está decorado con buen gusto en tonos playeras y decoración náutica. Los acogedores muebles le permiten relajarse después de un maravilloso día en la playa. Coma en la cocina y en el bar para mezclarse mientras su pescado fresco se prepara en nuestra cocina bien surtida.

Todo lo que necesitas para preparar una comida completa para la familia. No queriendo levantar un dedo, no hay problema. Hay muchos restaurantes en la isla para elegir. Muchos lugares con excelente comida de sushi, carne, pescado y papas fritas, mariscos, pizza, incluso nuestra propia panadería alemana, cafetería única hecha de contenedores de envío, cenas en el agua bajo el puente y no olvide el helado. Después de la cena, envíe a los niños arriba a su propia sala de estar mientras los adultos disfrutan de sentarse afuera en el patio. Arriba encontrará el baño principal, el dormitorio y el dormitorio principal con vestidor y baño principal.

El área de la piscina está enfrente de la casa y está situada con una hermosa vista de lo que llamamos Lake Padre. Estacione el bote en uno de nuestros muelles compartidos, nade en la piscina y luego tome un crucero nocturno al Packery Channel para disfrutar de una hermosa puesta de sol.

Perfect stay!

The space was excellent and exactly as described. Our family has stayed in this condo development previously and we'll definitely stay again. Very comfortable, pool is refreshing, fun fishing off the deck.

Great place for a get away weekend plenty of spots to fish from around the area. 5 min drive to the beach plenty of restaurants around Docks and Snoopy to name a couple plenty more. Place was clean and very well maintained.

Great stay

We had a great time, the house is well furnished and clean, we were 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids) and we had plenty of room. It's walking distance to the beach, the pool at the back was always clean, all in all pretty good. I plan to return.

Comfortable and quiet!

Amazing! Best place we have ever stayed. This is our 7th summer to the area, condo was family friendly and big enough for the teens to have their own space. Loved every minute of it!

The place was cute and really close to the beach which was a huge bonus but I did notice the townhome wasn’t cleaned well in some rooms and also the community pool water wasn’t very clean but other than that it was a great stay.

Thank you for letting us know about the pool, we have let the hoa know, there was a concern with it. We have also spoke with our housekeeper about double checking each room before a guest arrives, but it is also helpful if the guest let us know why they are there, anytime during,their stay, so that we can come correct it for them. We want ALL of our guest to be happy with their rental.

Perfect Anniversary Weekend!

My husband and I booked the weekend getaway to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary. This home contributed to a perfect weekend trip! Everything in the home was luxurious and spacious! So clean and comfortable! It saddened us to leave but we plan on booking again!

Very clean and lots of nice touches - great location. "Large" dog friendly!

Really appreciated have many extra towels, having great selection of food service items and space. The place was well laid-out and the furnishings were comfortable. Nice to sit on the large (shared) deck/dock and watch the sunset. Air conditioning worked very well - and we like to keep it extra cold! The beach is super-close. So glad we found this condo that would accept our 60 pound dog - hard to find a nice one that will in this price point.

Great location

We had a great weekend ecen with minor issues. The island had a power outage while we were there which made things interesting. Haha. The property owner was very sweet and had great response times for any questions. The condo was clean and comfortable and centrally located to many great amenities. The only thing that I wish would have been more clear is the parking situation. It was very tight since another family that was staying had a large party. The carport was not easily accessible for my wide vehicle with the other families vehicles and the owner of the property next door's dirt piles but we made it work. Otherwise it was a pretty decent stay and we would be happy to stay again.

Great Get-away!

We enjoyed our stay here! Great location and access to water if you're bringing a boat along with you. Communication was excellent with property manager. Kids loved the beach toys available to use. We'd definitely stay here again. One thing to note, the boat slip was easy to use, and very accessible; however, the boat lift shown in the photos belongs to one particular owner and is not available for use.

Great property!

This was such a nice place to stay!! The condo was very clean and cozy and easily accommodated my family of 7. There was a small patio in the back, a balcony on top floor and plenty of bathrooms!! The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious had more than enough space to freely move around in upstairs loft. The property had everything you needed if you forgot anything from home and having a garage to park your car in was a plus!! Upstairs bathroom gave us a small issue and private walkway to beach was a good walk, but was still easy to go back and forth. We rented a cart and our cars barely moved all weekend, which was nice too!! Definitely a good place to rent for the weekend!!

Very Nice Trip!

This property had plenty of room and all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit, including beach towels and a washer/dryer. The condo was only a couple of blocks from the beach and it was easy to navigate the area. We fished from the dock behind the condo and caught a handful of croakers and small catfish. We had a great time!

Great stay, great location, great for sweet families

We had a wonderful stay the condo is right on the corner so a little more secluded then others but there are only about 6 there total so less traffic then most. The walls aren't super thin we never heard the neighbors which is a huge bonus for me. The pool was nice and clean and the deck area chairs were super comfy to watch my little crew on. The lower deck also has the green fish lights for fishing and we loved that! Lots of sweet moments to remember and laughter had there. The condo beds were all comfortable and clean. I am very picky I won't even stay in a hotel because of the turn over there and scared of bed bugs and fleas. Bathrooms were tidy and there are three so that was awesome. There are two comfortable family areas on both levels which I didn't realize how nice that was for settling down for the evening we all moved upstairs and watched some movies and played games to settle down the super excited little hearts. It's very nicely located right down from the beach so we had breakfast on the beach in the mornings and spent our evenings playing on the beach while daddy fished on and off at the packery channel. He got some really nice flounder! The communication from the manager and owner was on point and they were making sure we were well cared for and content with every aspect of our stay. If I had the slightest question it was answered quickly. Great little treasure tucked away in a safe area. We would gladly return.

Great place for families

1 minute drive to the beach. Love that the property had beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. for us to enjoy. That is always a plus! The shower in the master is large and so enjoyable. Thank you for a great property.

Excellent location

We loved being so close to the beach, the condo was well kept and beautifully decorated. My father in law caught several fish off the doc and enjoyed that we were so close to the water.

Girls Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and close to the beach. Michele assisted us when the internet went out and had a new modem put in. Also the keypad to the front door went out and it was replaced by the time we arrived. I would hands down recommend this house and rent again.

GREAT Vacation Rental!!

This was a great place to stay! It was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable & the layout was perfect for the kids to have room to play separate from the adults. I would definitely stay here again! Just a few blocks to the beach, great community pool, awesome access to fishing in the channel & golf cart rental & grocery store was all within a mile or two.
