Conveniently located hotel with good housekeeping

The hotel is strategic and conveniently located in central CBD area. With departmental stores, bakery and supermarket within 2-5 minutes walk. The housekeeping staffs have done a good job in maintaining cleanliness of the room by cleaning your room daily during your stay. Downside is that it can be quite noisy for the lower floor rooms guests. The doors of the rooms are not designed to be closed quietly when guests closed the doors slam shut. My room was located just opposite another hotel with open parking areas whereby rowdy guests or passer-by loiter at the carpark area during evening or night time. If you are renting a car, please inform the hotel reception way beforehand to reserve a "paid" parking lot for you as they have limited parking spaces for guests. Lastly, I would recommend that they increase the number of washing machines and dryers for guests as there are only two washing machines and two dryers for all the guests staying in the hotel. It is not enough and I have encountered rude hotel guests who took my clean clothes out without my permission to dry their own clothes.

Location location location

Excellent location, Bus stop out the front, for Nth Hobart services was handy, and just a short walk to Franklin Square for all other services, through Elizabeth St mall, which was on the door step, apartment was spacious and very modern and secure, had a very enjoyable stay, would choose this Hotel again.

No complaints at all! We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The body wash and shampoo etc were not in environmentally friendly containers - perhaps a large pump container would be more appropriate.

O hotel está muito bem localizado. Próximo a todas as atrações principais do centro. Tem estacionamento disponível mediante taxa adicional e aviso da necessidade, o que é perfeito, já que nem todos hotéis oferecem esse serviço. O tamanho do quarto é bom, com utensílios de cozinha e cooktop.O atendimento da recepção foi com muita gentileza e cortesia da responsável ( não peguei o nome dela). Gostamos muito de tudo!

Excellent for most things, spacious, clean rooms. Very walkable to all things Hobart city. Be mindful if you have a rental car as parking options aren't straightforward.
