The room was spotless and the staff were extremely courteous. From check in to check out - all the staff were extremely friendly! The room size was fantastic and very quiet too! We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was and how easy it was to access the Hermanus Cliff Path.

Room clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Location very convenient- could safely walk everywhere in town. We did have a problem with our air conditioner, causing us to move to another room the next day, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall, a good experience. Can recommend this to families who want to stay longer. Fully equipped kitchen, supermarket steps away

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the ocean . Spacious living area and well equipped kitchen . Note that bathroom(s) / toilets are upstairs in the units . Plentiful and quality breakfast . This was our second stay — we will be back .

The location above the shopping centre was surprisingly good! Easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The breakfast was excellent! Staff were amazing, especially Chris & Terry. Thank you for a wonderful stay, kids loved it.

We were only here for one night but I would most definitely stay here again in the future, no regrets! Staff are all friendly and helpful, the apartment was spacious, beds were comfortable and the kitchen helps too! Thank you!

Beautiful location with a beautiful view . Walking distance to restaurants,,beach and other amenities.Amazing staff. We forgot our iPhone charger, staff provided one for our stay. We arrived early, staff allowed us to check in early(1pm).

Family stay for one night.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and amazing! We arrived early, our room wasn’t ready but they gave us another room righter away. That was so appreciated as we travelled long days to get there. However, our room was dated and worn. Living room furniture very worn out and not comfortable, perhaps our original room was to be more updated I’m not sure. But I was quite disappointed with the state of the accommodations. The location was perfect! The people were helpful and friendly!

one night in Hermanus

Unfortunately the property had roof leaks and so two of the bedrooms we couldn't use properly once it started raining so made the stay not pleasant at all. Because it was about 2am that the water came through it was way too late to try and change apartments. looking at the wardrobes it has obviously been leaking for a long period as they had swollen up. The staff were apologetic though once we told them on check out

Comfortable family stay!

The housekeeping team, bed comfort and towels/ linen where a stand out at the property. Very good! WCH is nice and central and an easy walk through the old harbour area. Really close to great coffee shops and restaurants and very easy access to beautiful seaside trails and tidal pools. Thank you to the team for being so responsive when we had requests. Areas to be looked at to enhance the stay: - breakfasts were less than average, after the first morning we chose to rather eat off property, - soaps amenities etc quality needs improvement, - with load-shedding an ever present challenge the property needs to be further integrated into an off-grid solution. Great that at minimum a light and wifi remains functional when electricity grid goes down. - the admin, check in and office environment needs a new home - the dining room is not the place for these.

Nice hotel with unfriendly maintenance man

Overall this place was fine. It is a bit odd because it is in a mall but I knew that. But here is where our problems started. We had a few minor maintenance issues in the unit. I had booked a 3 bedroom unit but they put us in a 4 bedroom unit. Chris the maintenance guy immediately starts chastising us for using the 4th bedroom like we were trying to steal from them. Apparently we were magically supposed to know that we weren't supposed to use that bedroom. In one of the bedrooms a light wouldn't turn off. He told us to just put the kids in there because they are always on their phones anyway. This was never fixed and we wrapped it in a towel. He was very unconcerned about the fact that my older mom slipped on their slick and dark hallways. We finally just had to basically push him out.
