Communication was over text message. I did not see a trash can in the kitchen. Turns out there is one in the wardrobe- a large plastic box. Because there was no one at the reception I did not know this until the next day. Room was very clean .

No night deskman. We had a false fire alarm at 1 am and had to evacuate and no fire. An additional alarm rang at the front desk and firemen couldn’t stop that , so emergency phone call was made by police to get apt’s agent to come. Didn’t like skimpy duvet on bed. No soap for shower. Bring your own not stated. Would look elsewhere

I'm frequent user and satisfied with overall service always but in this time, I found a few things. Some rooms does not have full set of Kitchenware, which I know since the opening of this apartment. Secondly it is too late to inform Wifi Pass code to Guest. I have to call/mail often for request.

Das Apartment an sich ist top! Modern eingerichtet, hat alles, was man braucht, sogar eine kleine Küche inkl. Spülmaschine! Was mich allerdings in den Wahnsinn getrieben hat, war die Kombination aus Hellhörigkeit und extrem lauten Nachbarn! Über uns fand eine südamerikanische Party statt und wir fühlten uns, als wären wir live dabei. Problem nur: wir haben dringend Schlaf gebraucht, weil wir am nächsten Morgen extrem früh fit sein mussten. Die Hilfe vom Hotel war überschaubar… da niemand vor Ort war, der sich kümmern konnte, sollten wir selbst auf die Suche gehen und für Ruhe sorgen. Fazit: man kann hier schon gut und günstig übernachten, sollte allerdings die Oropax nicht vergessen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu und daher in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Ich habe um ein Zimmer auf der Strassenseite, NICHT zu den Gleisen hin - ich habe ein behindertengerechtes (obwohl ich nicht behindert bin) Zimmer zu den Gleisen hin zugeteilt bekommen. Am Wochenende kein Personal vor Ort, somit keine Ansprechpartner, um Änderungen vorzunehmen. Das Bett ist extrem hart und sehr unbequem. Es gibt nur eine Flasche mit Flüssigseife, welche man auch mal in die Dusche mitnehmen muss - kein Duschgel, kein Shampoo, keine Haarspülung.

Anders als in der Ausstattung bei Expedia angegeben, war kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Den wollten wir verwenden, um Kaffee zu filtern. Auf dem Zimmer war nur eine Jacobs-Kapsel-Maschine mit 3 Kapseln (für 2 Leute), was wir auch aus Müllgründen nicht unterstützen möchten eigentlich, aber auch Nachkaufen von Kapseln war im Aufenthaltsbereich nur als 10er Pack möglich. Der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft war KI-generiert, die Rezeption ist am Wochenende nicht besetzt, so dass hier keine Lösung gefunden wurde. Wir hatten um ein Zimmer nicht zu den Bahnhofsschienen gebeten. Dieses haben wir leider NICHT bekommen. Das Fenster konnten wir nachts nicht offen haben, da dort die ganze Nacht Bauarbeiten auf den Bahnschienen waren. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart. Heisst aber vielleicht, dass diese noch sehr neu sind. Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber alles neu gemacht. Für ein Festival-Wochenende, wo man da nur schläft, war es ok.
