Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf Coast from the 2nd floor of this vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL, Majestic Sun 208A at Seascape Resort. Upon entering this newly renovated beach condo, youā€™re welcomed with an open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, & living areas leading out to your very own private balcony with plenty of lounge chairs to take in the stunning sights of Summer. Majestic Sun 208A now features a fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances including a fridge that dispenses filtered water & ice, a breakfast bar that seats 3, a dining area that seats 4, & a living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa & 2 electric leather recliners, plus a 65" HDTV. A full-sized bathroom is located near the common areas with a washer & dryer in the unit. The master king suite comes equipped with a 55ā€ Ultra HDTV & its very own private bath. The twin-size bunk nook area is perfect for children or additional guests. Enough room to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Our Emerald Coast waters can be viewed from all common areas of this vacation rental & with a balcony that offers full views of the sugar white sands & sparkling waters, it canā€™t get much better than this!


With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, on site restaurant coming in Spring 2026 & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 9-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Wave runner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Place was in a great location. Good access to beach. No issues except entrance to pool we had hard time getting in gate, it took multiple tries before it would open. Condo is highly recommended!

Love the area of it wasnā€™t for the traffic.

We loved our condo and love the area but felt as if we had to plan way ahead for everything due to the traffic. The scenic route was the way to go and beautiful but it is just crazy how congested it is and the wait for restaurants deterred us from ones we were referred to. Majestic Sun and our condo owners had a very nice place and we LOVE that beach, I just wish it were easier to get out and go without an extra traffic time.

Beautiful Beach Condo

The codo is great. I am not so fond of the beach umbrella companies being allowed to line the beaches every morning before dawn. The sand and water were perfect the last week of July. We stayed here at my friend's suggestion. I love the beach just too many people and umbrella's. We did stay back out of the crowds and the water itself was not crowded. For the umbrella issue I will likely stay at Gulf Shores until Floriday decides to manage this issue.

Clean and perfect location

Very nice, very clean. The location was great. The only negatives was the very minimal amount of necessities that were made available to us. Not enough trash bags, no cleaning sprays for the kitchen. Not even one morning supply of coffee, and no extra blankets at all. The ice maker was not working either.

Our stay was very nice! The condo had nice upgrades and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in the unit. Having laundry was also really nice. One critique is that the unit was not ready on time. We had to wait about an hour to get in. The building itself really wasn't quite as nice as the pictures and could use some updates. Also, the unit is across from the elevators and there was some noise of people coming and going at night...but not too bad. Otherwise, the pool and beach and general area were amazing! We really had a wonderful getaway!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We only stayed for a few days this trip and it was our first trip to Destin! While the view was great, that was about the only positive thing I could say regarding this rental. Everything was completely outdated. There was socks on the floor in the bedroom, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and mold in the toilet. We chose not to even use the master shower because it was so disgusting. When we walked in there was a dirty moldy smell and the water stunk like rotten eggs. I am very disappointed we paid almost $1000 for three days here. Unfortunately lesson learned

I loved being on the second floor, you had a view yet you didn't have to stay on the elevator too long. Yes a few times the elevator was down.The condo was stocked with everything you would need to stay comfortable for a week. If I had to make one complaint it would be the king size mattress. I had read that they needed a new one and I was praying they got one. that was not the case, and it was like sleeping on a board. Vacation is supposed to be relaxing but I was waking up with a backache. On the 3rd night I went out and bought a mattress pad and that helped alot but I shouldn't have had to do that. The beach is absolutetly stunning, white sand and aqua blue water. I would definetly come back to this rental if they got a new mattress.

Terrible Communication

When checking in at 4:00 as stated in the emails and text messages ā€œwhite sandy beaches are waiting for you we look forward to seeing you at 4:00.ā€ With having two small children we went to the store and came to check in on time, when the front desk lady informed us it wasnā€™t ready. When asking when it would be ready she said she was ā€œunsure.ā€ They had late check outs this morning. None of which was communicated with us after driving 9 hours to our destination. We then left to buy ice for our cooler and started placing some of our groceries we had purchased in a cooler to prevent spoiling. When checking back at 4:30 again the front desk person said she didnā€™t know and gave us a card to call. When calling the lady was very rude and told us they were running behind (no communication ) at 5:00 we finally received a text stating our room was ready. When arriving at our room the cleaning ladies were still there. Anytime we needed help or to ask questions the front desk person never would help us answer any questions just gave us cards to call; or point blank no one was there period to assist or help over the weekend. If you have young children I wouldnā€™t recommend due to the noise volume. The traffic from the road (emergency vehicles, loud music from travelers, etc) It was very packed when we went which is part of it and we get it, but definitely wonā€™t be returning after some of things we dealt with. By far the communication aspect of it was a no go for us.

Beautiful Location!

This was my boyfriend and Iā€™s first experience renting for a vacation from vrbo and let me say this place did not disappoint! It was a short walk to the beach and the pictures are so beautiful we were so nervous this place was too good to be true! We had everything we needed, check-in and check-out was a smooth process, and we loved the outside sitting area where you can see the beach right across the street. The only problem we had was having to wipe a couple things down from the previous guests where food was left behind in the kitchen and on the couch, and sand was found in several areas around the condo. I know this is hard to control with being so close to the beach and was very minor. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
