Sit back on the deck and enjoy the beautiful views of Moonstone Beach. Only a short walk to the sand for morning meditation, or a sunset stroll. This is a great spot for those who would rather walk than drive on their vacation, conveniently located between Cambria's West Village and Moonstone Beach. Come into town for some local art, dining and shopping. Bring your dog along, Cambria is very dog-friendly, and yours will love sunning on the wraparound deck, the single level spaciousness, and other creature comforts. There is WiFi, DVD/CD player. Ocean Views from almost every room, new carpet, a new Crate and Barrel high-top table with 4 chairs, a Gas BBQ for the perfect BBQ, private and quiet. Appropriately named, this is a cool house, with a really cool view!! Single level, short walk to Moonstone Beach or West Village, spectacular ocean views, deck, washer / dryer, 55 inch TV over the fireplace in livingroom, Tv in the master bedroom, VCR, WiFi Internet, gas BBQ, wood burning fireplace and garage. The house is perfect! It is immaculate, comfortable, and welcoming. There are two suites, a great room and well outfitted kitchen. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the ocean and the garden is nicely tended. Everything about this vacation rental is terrific.

The large succulent garden eliminates nearby neighbors. My husband appreciates having no stairs , and I love my walks to Moonstone Beach. The only drawbacks are highway road noise and vertical blinds that don't always perform per instructions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed in the house. It is handicapped acceptable and of course has a wonderful view. We have found the house to be clean, well equipped and comfortable. This year we even had a deer spend the first three nights with us. He was on the property between the fence and the highway. He made no attempt to run when he saw us.

Highly recommend this home! Absolutely spotless. Great location and view. walkable to town and beach. Very spacious and comfortable. updated fully equipped kitchen. Comfy furniture. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area again.

The view is fantastic. Yes, the house is so cool, was spotless and well appointed, the neighborhood is so pretty. It does sit just above the highway so there is traffic noise during the day, but in the early morning and at night we could hear the surf, a beautiful sound to fall asleep by.

Reviewer Comments: The cable connection was unplugged and we had to get the office to get it fixed after a lot of frustration. The TV instructions are too brief and assume the user is familiar with Spectrum and seem multiple handhelds. I recommend reviewing thwm.

Space was exactly as shared. We loved hearing the ocean each night. It’s near a street that can be busy but this did not bother us. Neighbor across the street was warm and welcoming. Loved the garden and location was wonderful.

Vacation

Absolutely loved this house. The deck looking at the ocean and the open windows in the living room made it the perfect place to not want to leave. 5min walk to moonstone beach was everything that we were looking for. Will be looking to stay here again for sure.

Never had to call once we checked in so that means the home needed nothing
