On the ground level is a one-car garage, a bedroom with queen bed, and a den with queen sofa sleeper, TV and DVD player, and a small fridge, microwave & coffeemaker. Set up as it's own little studio with bath, and ocean view deck, through the sliding glass doors of the den.
Upstairs has two bedrooms and baths, kitchen, deck in front, and enclosed patio in back with BBQ and lounging furniture. From this patio, there is street access, as this property is street-to-street. It gets lovely morning sun, and has shady afternoons. The kitchen is perfect for preparing fine meals on the 5 burner stove, a convection and warming oven, and plenty of prep space.
