Our Horizon South 2BR/2BA condo is exclusive to VRBO and is available for booking your perfect getaway! Our condo is centrally located in the complex, between dedicated beach access and resort amenities, including four pools, a hot tub, a kiddie pool, a putt-putt golf course, a basketball court, tennis courts, shuffleboard, an indoor gym, and a clubhouse with pool tables.

The living and dining rooms of 82C feature new furniture (Fall 2020) with Sunbrella fabric - wet swimsuits are no match for it! It includes a queen sleeper sofa, love-seat, adult and child rocking chairs and a dining table for six. A six port USB charging station is located on the end table between sofa and love seat. There is a Flat screen Roku TV for your enjoyment.

The well-appointed kitchen is updated with granite counter tops, stone and glass back-splash and new appliances. Enjoy mealtime with our provided cookware, dishes and cutlery.

The bathroom on the main level is newly remodeled, as well. The main-floor bedroom hosts two double beds dressed in new Tommy Bahama quilted bedding, a walk-in closet and the laundry closet, with new stack-able front-loading washer and dryer, and a new smart Roku TV. The bedside table alarm clock has two USB charging ports for your devices, as well.

Upstairs is the master suite in tropical décor, with a king size bed, flat-screen TV with built in DVD player and Roku attached, a large walk-in closet and a full bath that includes a walk-in shower. This room also has an alarm clock with two USB charging ports on the front.

Help yourself to the beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand and water toys and the wagon to carry them on your short walk to the beach. Relax on the private patio that features a wicker settee, dining set with umbrella and a Weber Original Kettle 22" charcoal grill. There is free WiFi internet and cable TV with Roku in every room. We provide a vast library of books, DVDs and board games for all ages and a retro, multi-game video game console for rainy days. So you can easily enjoy resort amenities, we provide golf balls, putters, tennis racquets, tennis balls, basketballs and more. Enjoy six complementary drinking waters that you'll find waiting for you in the fridge and flavored ice pops in the freezer, as well. In the basket atop the fridge there paper plates and cups provided for when you don't want to do dishes! You'll also find shampoo, soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper and paper towels provided for you, as well as any cleaning products you might need while you are our guest. A first aid kit will be on hand for bumps and bruises and will include everything you need for minor emergencies (located in master closet).

*Please Note: Horizon South Resort requires renters to purchase armbands to be worn at all times on the property. Cost is $20 per armband. Children five and under do not require an armband.

** Parking Pass cost is $25 per vehicle for up to 10 days and $40 for trailers and oversized vehicles.

Armbands and parking passes may be purchased in the Horizon South office from 8 am to 4 pm. Those arriving after business hours may purchase the next day.
