#5-202 at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club has 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. Remodeled with Vinyl Plank flooring, New Kitchen & Furniture!
It's located on the highly desirable 2nd floor in the most sought after building 5. This is the only building that has ocean in the front and golf course in the rear. Ocean & coastline views all the way to Kailua Town where you can see the cruise ships in the Bay. Sunsets year round, whale watching in season & dolphin watching, cool ocean & mountain breezes & a golf course views from the guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed that has direct oceanfront views. Spacious 1,170 sq. ft. & a kitchen that opens to a great room with ample room for dining and living space. There is a 245 sq. ft. covered oceanfront lanai that provides room for a table & chairs for oceanfront dining if you wanted! 2 chaise lounges included!

This gated community offers many amenities including a large newly remodeled pool, 3 lighted tennis courts, a volleyball court and several barbecues situated around the complex. On the north side of the property is an adjacent beach & is also within a short walking distance to Kahalu'u Snorkeling Beach Park, better known as Turtle Beach, with world class snorkeling & a breakwater for calm seas. You can also walk to the Keauhou Shopping Center with KTA Supermarket, Longs Drugs, restaurants, shops and movie theater. The property is also adjacent to the 18 hole ocean golf course of the Kona Country Club, recently renovated to accommodate professional tournaments.

Could not ask for a more picturesque view of the ocean on Hawaii. Spent most nights on the balcony watching the sunset. Apartment itself is clean and comfortable despite lack of A/C with plenty of fans and air flow by the ocean. Even included beach chairs and umbrella. Had a wonderful week here.

Greeted with a school of manta rays in front viewing from lanai upon our arrival on Friday evening. Saturday morning a pod of dolphins swam pass by as we had our breakfast on lanai. The unit was excellent & comfortable with incredible ocean views and convenient shopping stores close by.

Terrific condo, terrific view, terrific sunsets terrific food. What else can I say - our stay was terrific!! We are 2 sisters in our early 70s and we had a great week here. Canā€™t wait to come back.

Beautiful Ocean Front!

We loved the beautiful setting right on the water, and sunsets from the deck were incredible! The clean modern layout was so open and airy with views to the ocean. Lots of great beach gear for the nearby snorkling park! The Club property was peaceful and quiet with gorgeous grounds plantings. Loved our stay!

Beautiful Views

This is a beautiful property with great views! It had everything we needed for a day out at the beach. Having a washer/dryer available in the unit was great. The location was ideal and easy to explore other parts of the island. We enjoyed our time here!

Everything about this property was great. Good communication, access was easy, unit as described, property well kept, view priceless, and location was perfect. Highly recommend and will stay here again when we make it back to the Big Island.

Very nice waterfront property

Super nice 2/2 condo in quiet community right on water (facing west, so sunsets can be awesome). No central A/C, but plenty of sea breezes and fans keep it very comfortable. Highly recommend

We stayed in this complex (different unit, different property co.) about 10 yrs ago, and liked it so much we decided to return. This particular unit (5-202) is lovely. Building is at the end of the complex, nothing but ocean off the balcony. Was a little intimidated at first using this property co., as there were forms to sign - almost didnā€™t book because of that. Glad we did though - no issues whatsoever. Unit was clean, furnishings up to date. Highly recommend and canā€™t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Keauhou Kona resort

We had wonderful stay in the resort. Property has everything you need for your vacation and more! (Boogey boards, snorkels, etc.). Rooms are in pristine condition and the area around is very safe and has a lot of activities. Most importantly the view is just amazing. You just relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our recent stay at Condo 5202 at the Keauhou Surf and Racquet club. As usual, the pool and the grounds were in immaculate condition. The unit itself had a newly renovated kitchen and a very comfortable bed. There was a great supply of equipment to borrow to take to the beach. The kitchen was also very well stocked. Another reviewer mentioned the lack of welcome goodies we have come to expect on other visits to other condos, but apart from that, I really cant fault Condo 5202. We really hope to return again one day from Australia.

Beautiful!

This was by far our favorite location in Kona. The view and sound of the ocean was so relaxing. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The property was very quiet yet very convenient to get into downtown Kona.

It is truly a magical spot, with the most picturesque view of the ocean we've had during our many visits to Hawaii.The team at Knutson we truly exceptional, checking in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. They even accommodated our early check-in request, so we were able to get into the rental a few hours early!We would absolutely return to this lovely spot. It is close to magic sands beach and areas south of Kailua-Kona, and a quick ride into the town for great food options. Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean was unforgettable.We are very much looking forward to returning to the big island and would 100% recommend this unit for any families. We were a family of four, and the 2nd bedroom was perfect for our two daughters. The unit is outfitted with a ton of gear for the ocean - boogie boards, beach umbrellas, snorkeling equipment and even some tennis rackets!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very nice. The location perfect for me. It is far away from the Uptown Kona vibe. It is not a party place with folks yelling, and carrying on. It is quiet and the grounds are beautiful. Loved the pool. This condo is right on the ocean and the lanai is the perfect spot to watch the glorious sunsets. It was clean, well furnished(not that cheap uncomfortable rattan stuff) and had all the water toys i.e. beach chairs, fins, snorkels, umbrellas, coolers etc. the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was that the condo was hot in September. The outside temps were around 88 and the inside temp was 84 during the day and dropped to 77 in the early morning. I was aware this condo had no A/C. Most days there were no trade winds which is unusual. There were lots of fans and and i had then all on. Knutson responded promptly(they are so pleasant) to My asking for a standing fan within about 4 hours i got one even though it was after hours. That helped as it was tall enough to blow air at bed height. One cannot control the weather and i eventually got used to it. If you are heat sensitive, this is something you will have to consider if you are coming in September. Likely the rest of the year would be fine. Other than that i would highly recommend this condo and this rental group. I have stayed in this complex before and i always enjoy the experience. BTW, it would be nice to have a welcome gift upon arrival, box of chocolates or pineapple etc. Always had that before. Mahalo nui loa for a perfect, quiet, truly Hawaiian experience.
