This NON-SMOKING, two-bedroom, two-bath, 1200 square foot beachfront condo has a king-size bed in master bedroom, two full size beds in guest bedroom, plus we have a new queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Relax in front of the 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room or watch a movie on the DVD player. Both bathrooms have just been remodeled. Each has a tub/shower combination with hand held shower heads and curved shower rods. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal ! We have a washer/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. Sit out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cool drinks in the afternoon. Watch the boats go by or try to count the schools of dolphins swimming just off the water's edge. You might occasionally catch the Blue Angels zooming by on their practice runs. Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, there is nothing between you and the sugar white sand. The pool is beach side, the perfect place to "catch some rays" while relaxing on the ample lounge chairs.
