Located in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, this authentic Ibizan finca is nestled in the countryside with breathtaking views overlooking Sant Josep and Sa Talaia. Just a 4-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away, you’ll find many great restaurants, shops, and a taxi stand, while the property is only 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from some of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches.

This charming and rustic finca is perfect for a peaceful getaway, exploring the island, and reconnecting with family and/or friends.

4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 2 rooms have a queen-size bed; the other rooms have single beds. One of the queen-bed rooms can be configured with two single beds (upon request). Two rooms have air conditioning, and two have ceiling fans.

The large kitchen is stocked with basic cooking essentials, a coffee machine and pods, an assortment of teas, a kettle, a toaster, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bakeware, and dinnerware.

The outdoor area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for sunbathing and lounging by the pool all day. Large tables are provided for al fresco dining, as well as comfortable spaces to escape the summer sun. Please help yourself to the lemons and oranges from the trees.

Wi-Fi and an HDTV with access to many different streaming sites, such as Netflix, HBO Max, Disney Plus, and more.

Large L-shaped couch for enjoying movies.

An iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and hangers are provided.

The bathroom is stocked with shower gel and shampoo.

A washing machine is located in the extra bathroom. Clothing drying racks are provided.

Towels and sheets are included.

A housekeeper comes once during your stay to do a light cleaning, take out the trash, and change the linens and towels.
