MINIMUM AGE 25 / COUPLES & FAMILIES ONLY/ NO GROUPS ** Welcome to Sunset Bay, one of Ocean City, Marylandā€™s newer condominium complex's, located on the Isle of Wight Bay on 54th street, w/ a bay view pool deck with hot tub! Awesome condo, super clean and bright, very short walk to the beach, top floor (with elevator), amazing views, close to everything, so much to offer!

Enjoy the tropical island decor of this luxurious open floor plan in this newly built 2 bedroom, 2 full bath Ocean City condo with ceramic tile floors in the living areas, and carpeted bedrooms. Fully-equipped kitchen, includes a full size washer and dryer and central air and heat. Non-smoking, No pets.

The kitchen looks into the living area with a nice comfy couch and loveseat facing an electric fireplace and 2 slider doors with views of the bay and North Ocean City.

How about your own private wraparound balcony overlooking the pool with bay and ocean views? Have a seat in an Adirondack on the balcony and your vacation begins!

The master bed room features a king sized bed, its own entrance to the balcony, plenty of drawer and closet space, master bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower, and a beautiful view of North Ocean City!

The guest bedroom features 2 double beds, a nice sized closet, its own TV, and a second full bathroom right across the hall.

The living area sofa is also a double sleep-sofa.

THE CONDO IS EQUIPPED WITH HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Each room has its own smart tv.

Sunset Bay has a private parking lot with room for 2 of your vehicles. The third floor deck features an outdoor bayside deck with pool.

My family of 5 stayed with plenty of space. Very clean and covenient location with a lot to do within walking distance. Deck that overlooks the pool. Host was very responsive. Great stay!

Everything was great! The condo was clean and everything was as listed. It was in walking distance to many of our favorite OCMD spots and a quick walk to the beach. It was a perfect stay for our vacation. We would stay here again! Thank you.

Wonderful vacation!

Property was clean and very cozy. We loved the tropical decor and the location. We've stayed at other condos in Sunset bay (2 and 3 bedrooms) all we're nice but JoAnn's had us feeling like we we're at home. JoAnn was also quick to responding to us when we needed her. Another great stay!!

This was our second year in this rental & it was another great stay for our family. The place was clean upon entering & there was everything we needed in the kitchen & other supplies that are available in case we forgot to bring. We love the balcony & the pool. Communication with Joann is always great as she is very responsive. We will definitely want to come back again. Thank you Joann!

Great Stay!

My family enjoyed our week stay at this condo early August! Communication with Joann was great. She was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We got to see the beautiful sunset from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to come back again! Thanks Joann!

Great location

The condo was lovely. We had a few issues with the toilets, the liner in the first bathroom was moldy the tiles and bathroom floors could have been cleaner. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable due to the beds are old and we were sinking in two holes. Otherwise it was a nice place. Thank you so much.

Absolutely a great place!

We stayed here for the second time and it was just as great as our first stay in 2021. The location in midtown has you not far from anywhere around OCMD. The beach is only a short two block walk, with a safe crosswalk to get to and from the there. And our daily routine became three hours of beach time, followed by two hours of the condo buildingā€™s nice pool and spa tub, before getting ready to head out for some nightlife and dinner. The owner was great in staying in touch with us to ask if we needed anything, as well as advising us that we could get into the condo early on the first day we were arriving. It is a great place for a family and certainly for a middle aged couple, like we are now! I have been renting both condos and hotel rooms in OCMD for years and Sunset Bay and this condo is by far the best value I have seen. We hope to book it again in 2024! John & Nancy

Family vacation

We stayed at Sunset Bay in July 2023 with my parents and my two children (6 people total). We were in Ocean City for a dance competition at the Roland E. Powell convention centre and for a bit of a vacation as well. The location of Sunset Bay was perfect - a quick 2-5 minute drive to the convention centre, or a nice 20 minute walk. We were within a 2 minute walk to the beach across the street and very close to a number of great restaurants, activities, and stores. We rarely had to drive anywhere. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our entire family. It has a lovely wrap-around balcony with a view of the pool (which was handy to see if it was busy or not). The condo is right on the end of the building, which meant there was almost no foot-traffic in front of the unit. Parking was very convenient, the overall facility was clean and the pool was fantastic. Beds and pillows were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, and laundry in the room was very handy. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because the seagulls are VERY noisy - especially between 4 and 7 am. The front bedroom has blinds, but the flood lights from the condo do shine through which makes it very bright in the room. Thank you Joann for the lovely stay. Our family had a great time and hope to come back to Ocean City again in the future!

Nice condo in a great location!

My friend and I enjoyed staying here for several days. Check-in was a breeze, the condo was clean and comfortable, and parking is included. The pool was a nice added bonus! The location is great - just across the street from the beach and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Just Rightā€¦

After a year of Quarantine and missing the boardwalk , I was super excited to stay at Sunset Bay. Thankfully I booked in February to ensure we were able to stay there. Weā€™ve stayed at these condos just about every summer and have never had any issues. Joanne was super easy to communicate with and answered any and all questions I had. The condo itā€™s self was beautiful and clean. ( really spacious balcony) My daughter definitely enjoyed the master bedroom, and the jacuzzi type bath tub was her all time favorite. Would definitely recommend for any family/beach goers. Thank you Joanne for all youā€™re help and hope to stay again! :)

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property in Ocean city that is as vibrant on the inside as its owners. Pictures do not do this property justice and it also has a wraparound balcony which was a huge plus! Highly recommend this property!

I took a couples trip to ocean city and stayed here over a weekend in June. Our stay was exceptional! The property is very quiet and peaceful. Itā€™s far enough north of the boardwalk that the surrounding beaches are much less crowded. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and so cozy. The included parking was great. Everything that we needed they supplied (Dishes - including cute mugs :), bed linens, extra pillows, etc. Definitely recommend!!
