Tradewinds Paradise Villas 23A Ocean Front

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and my ground level condo has the best location on the island. On the quiet north edge of San Pedro, it is a three minute walk along the beach to everything. Two grocery stores and a Doctor clinic in residence just outside our gate. Not to mention the condo is like home away from home. It has everything you will need weather you want to cook, grill or make a smoothie. The fully equipped kitchen, all granite and stainless, Central Air Conditioning, has everything you may need. The living room has a high end mahogany queen Murphy bed. The full bath has a double entrance. From your private veranda, the view is absolutely spectacular, There is No motorized traffic in front on our beach. This condo is one of our four, which are the closest to the ocean in the entire complex. Also, check out our Upper Beachfront unit, 23B 1107988, which is just above 23A and get this you can rent both units together to accommodate a larger group if you wish. For the other two condos please refer to ID number 1245841 (2A) & 1246366 (2B). You can easily walk to all the village has to offer as well as grocery stores, restaurants, and our island night life. You can swim in our lovely pool or right off our dock. You can also be picked up right on our dock for any number of excursions from diving, snorkeling, fishing, and mainland adventure tours.

Our onsite office with Emanuel and Evelin and Kristy can help you with everything from making a dinner reservation to booking a tour, diving, fishing or renting a golf cart. We have an onsite laundry service available. The service include Wash, Dry and Fold and we only charge $1.20USD per pound. So pack light if you wish. My staff is onsite to help with your every need. I live there and will be there to greet you.

Ideal location

The condo was clean and adorable. The property team was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again while in San Pedro!

Great property! The agent was onsite and attentive. The unit also included cleaning every few days, which was a nice perk. The view from the patio really does look like the picture and overall the complex was reasonably sized and quiet. Only complaint was the sofa was the most uncomfortable ever, but at least the bed was fine.

Great location with beautiful views

We enjoyed walking on the beach to get into town. We only rented a golf cart for one day as this location was ideal. When we walked back on the road side, the quick change in vibe and sound from the road was a great greeting! The property is calm and peaceful. If we walked back on the

Amazing!

My husband and I went for my 50th birthday and had a fantastic time!! Communication from Emmanuel was great from start to finish. The location of this unit is perfect! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Having the Palapa Bar/Restaurant right out front was great. The unit has a kitchen with dishes, utensils, and pots/pans and there are two grocery stores less than a block away. However, without any pantry staples (like oil and spices), it was hard to cook much of anything. Golf carts were also available for $45/day through Samir at the K Mart. Kenton with Ecologic Divers was great and they are just south of Paradise Villas along the beach. We also went to the Blue Hole with Amigos Del Mar one day. The boat that we took was small so it was a VERY bumpy 1.5 hr ride. However, diving Half Moon Caye and the Aquarium as part of the trip made it worth it! Ched and Phil are located on the same pier as the Palapa Bar and they can take you fishing or diving. Highly recommend El Fogon (located near the airport) for authentic Belizian cuisine! Corrine at the Sugar Shack makes all of the ice cream from scratch and it is delicious!

Great place and location - wrong room

Emanuel our host was attentive and nice and the room was clean. Location was great. Unfortunately we didn’t get the room we booked. We booked the 23-A room but it was switched to 23-B (top floor) upon arrival. Turns out these are different rooms and layouts so that was surprising to not get the room we payed for.

Convenient Location

Nice condo, right on the water. Walking distance to many restaurants, grocers, laundry, really anything you may need. We did rent a golf cart so we could explore further north on the island but the property allowed for us to park the cart right by our unit which was very convenient. Emmanuel, the manager was amazing and took great care of us.

Quiet Setting in Paradise!

We recently stayed at Paradise Villas in San Pedro, Belize for one week. The property is in a great location right on the beach and in the middle of everything. There is also a private dock where the tour operators picked us up for our excursions. The Paradise Villas cater to an over 50 crowd so we were right at home. Although the facility is not new our villa was clean and in good order. The staff was attentive and very prompt in handling our questions. Plus they have a full service laundry right across the street which we utilized at a reasonable price. Pleasant stay. I would recommend this facility!

Best Birthday 🎂 trip ever!

4 of us stayed in Units 23A & B, right on the beach. Our place was clean (and kept clean) inside as well as the grounds. There is a connecting door between the units, so we could visit without going outside. Like a big house! Straight shot of the sunrise 🌄 every morning about 5:30. It was the off season, but the weather was great, with just a few showers. Snorkeling (with Chuck & Robbie’s a short walk on the beach) was awesome. And renting bikes (from UnBelizable Bike Rental just north of Tradewinds) was so much fun! It was also a great place to just chill. Plenty of good restaurants up and down the beach (Estel’s was my favorite) and in town. The office and laundry are right across the street and Manuel and staff were always helpful, starting with pick up at the airport. And delivery at our trip’s end. 😞 we were sad to go.

I first came to Belize in the early 80s. I fell in love with San Pedro and came back at least twice a year. There were only a few hotels to choose from at the time. I picked the Paradise Hotel on the north edge of the village as the best location. I didn't buy anything for quite awhile, but later when they built the Paradise Villas next door, I jumped in. The rest is history . Never looked back. Formed a wholesale travel agency for the country. Then started managing Paradise Villas units in addition to the first one I bought. I live there now and will be there to greet you.

Location-Location-Location. Well built Mexican style villas with all the amenities. Minutes on the beach to everything. My personal condo, #23 is also my favorite one in the complex. Back in the day, I could have chose anyone of them. My on site management team is there for your every need. My manager Emanuel for over fifteen years is born and raised there. I am sure you will love it here as much as I do.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Nothing between you and the ocean when you sit on your veranda. You are in front of the other condos and the pool. Watch the boats go by and the local high school kids walking the beach to and from school. See you dive, fish, or tour guide pull up to your dock to pick you up. Wave at them and then walk out to adventure. Come back and take a dip in the pool
