This condo is a 3 Bedroom (all with King Size Beds) + bunk area 2 twin beds, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom with 2 Commercial Grade Queen Sofa Sleepers. There are TWO balconies with gorgeous views from this 20th floor unit.

A True Vacation Resort and not just a condominium complex located 1 mile west of Pier Park in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to restaurants and shopping. There are 4 pools one is a family oriented Kids Splash Zone pool with a snack bar, there is a large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side heated pool. All pools have hot tubs next to them.

There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don't find in other complexes.

Keyless entry provides our guest with added security and CONTACTLESS CHECK IN: No Front Desk Registration FREE parking passes and pool bands are in the condo.

Water leak issues. Host was difficult to reach and very unconcerned. Soaked carpet in living room for 6 days. Foul smell. They dropped off a can of air freshner to fix. Flooring dirty throughout unit. Old, broken furniture in LR. Uncomfortable beds.

Beautiful view but dated

I'm okay staying at a dated place however I'm not okay with furniture that you can't sit on and mattresses that are hard to sleep. They need to Spend some of your money to update the furniture and mattresses

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo floors were very dirty, we had a little one crawling around and hands and knees and feet turning black along with everyone else’s. All the furniture had stains and the beds are very worn out. The condo over all needs an overhaul! I won’t stay here agin until it’s updated. The views and location was the best part about it!

Nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo had plenty of room for our 6 adults & 3 kids. The location is great. Never a wait for an elevator or parking spots. The only thing I think this condo could use would be some updated living room furniture.

Would stay there again!

A group of us stayed here for spring break and the best part about this place is how close it is to the beach. The view is absolutely incredible! The only problems that we had were that we had to wash the sheets to some bedrooms because they didn’t seem to be washed prior. The condos were absolutely great location wise though and we didn’t run out of things to do even at the condo! I recommend staying there and I would stay there again!

Beautiful Condo, however…. Living area carpet was stained, WET and soured, horrible smell. Furniture cushions VERY STAINED. Swivel chair BROKEN. Some bed linings had NOT been changed. Kitchen cookware unclean. Coffee pot DIRTY. Refrigerator door shelves broken/missing, filters needed changing, trash under tables/furniture. Patio furniture rusted/broken. Called Day-1 but never got a response.

Spring break family get away

We had an amazing time. The unit was a fantastic size and to be honest there are 2 closets that you could put twin air mattresses in for additional sleeping if someone didn’t want to be out on the pullout couch. There were enough kitchen supplies for our needs. The outside pools are heated. Had entertainment at the sky bar. Fantastic time had by all.

We had the best time ever even though we couldn’t hardly get in the ocean. The unit could definitely use a new cleaning crew because it was dirty!! The beds actually slept decent. The unit is spacious and had lots of room for a large family. We would rent there again! Thanks!

Very spacious

Very spacious and great location! Little dated but will stay again! Clean, well stocked, great check in service and the location was fantastic for us. Only thing and, and I am sure it couldn't be helped was the garage maintenence and having to either park outside or in the far garage. People would block the front entrance a lot loading and unloading, but that can't be helped. Plenty of luggage carts. Great stay!
