This beach front condo offers the best RESORT STYLE AMENITIES and provide comfort and convenience for families! Sleeps up to 10 (6 adults and 4 children)... Stay with us for the ideal and memorable beach vacation with your family and friends.

Our beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo, located in Tower 2 on the 14th floor. It offers incredible gulf views with all the conveniences of home. The full kitchen with modern appliances includes a kitchen island with bar stools. The spacious living room opens to the ocean front balcony with spectacular beach views. The master ocean front bedroom has a king-size bed, sitting area, walk-in closet and with access to balcony. Master bathroom has double vanities with separate shower and powerful jet Jacuzzi. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, dresser, closet and also with attached full bathroom. The third bedroom comes with queen size bed, a dresser and closet. All rooms include flat TV. 2 twin air mattresses are also available inside the master closet.

Luxury Beach Chair services is included - In order to maximize the enjoyment for our guests, we include complementary luxury beach chair services with guest reservation. This includes two luxury padded lounge chairs and one large umbrellas. This is about $550 saving in rental for the weekly spring - summer season.

On site amenities include a health club, five pools, a movie theater, and a market that features Starbucks Coffee and fresh deli items. Other shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all close by. Enjoy your vacation at Panama City Beach's premier full service luxury resort.

This condo had the best views at sunset. Conveniently located to many activities, restaurants & shops. Some of our favorites were Dee’s Hangout for dinner, the Pink Pelican for ice cream & Good Jibez Dolphin tour. There’s something for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect and made getting around very easy. Jan was very responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Jan was great at communication with me and allowed us to check in at 3pm, instead of 4pm, which was great! The check in process was so easy! I HIGHLY recommend completely the resorts parking form 3 to 4 weeks in advance, that is emailed to you.The attendant was very friendly and informative. Security guards were very friendly as well! The condo, was very spacious! Both bedrooms towards the back of the condo were nice! The bathroom was nice as well. The cleanliness of the rooms were good! I would recommend maybe labeling which remotes go with which tv, that was alittle difficulty to figure out, but we did. The shared bathroom cleanliness was ok, besides the air vent was dusty, so we just cleaned it off. They could use some new paint, due to seeing "touch up paint " but other than that it was nice! The washer and dry work great! The kitchen was great! There was everything we needed to cook and eat! Cleanliness was ok. We did find a half eaten oreo on the floor by the island, and some broken pieces of glass on the floor, that was missed but we just swept it up and remopped. The living area was nice. There was some stained on the furniture. The master bedroom, was lovely! The balcony was nice and the views were amazing! The balcony had toys for children to take to the beach. The resort itself was nice, along with the staff. Overall the condo and resort was very nice and we plan on coming back next October for another week stay!

Jan was wonderful. We decided to stay longer. Sadly we only got one more day at her place , because when we booked for the next location was a pain and a lot of hassle. Jan was more than happy to answer any questions we had one on one with her. We didn't have to jump through hoops and call many different numbers to get one answer . Next time we come. We will definitely see if this place is available with her

Check in was cumbersome. Vehicle application for registration to park was a pain. Took 6 tries to get the registration done. Property was ok. Condo needs upgrading. Bedding is worn and furniture is worn. Electrical outlets are loose. Not a total waste of time but for the money it could have been nicer.

Beautiful condo! Lots of room!

We had the best week and the condo was spacious and in great condition! The owners were very attentive. We didn’t realize the battery was dying on the lock to the front door. They alerted us to the situation and got someone to take care of it promptly. We would definitely stay here again!!! Elevators were fast and the security people for the resort were super friendly!!

The host was incredible and easy to communicate with. She even texted me that we could check in two hours early if needed. The unit itself was in good shape (a few things need to be replaced) but the resort was somewhat disappointing.

Beautiful beach front property!

We had an amazing stay at Jan’s condo! There were 10 of us—six adults and four kids—and the space was perfect for our group. The condo was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. Jan was a wonderful host—responsive, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. She even allowed us to book an extra night, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

You get what you pay for

The pictures on line did not correlate with the stay. We have 5 kids and it said it had a single bed and futon literally could fit a toddler or small child. We had to cram everyone in. The cleanliness of the room was poor to fair. The pull out couch was broken and my teenage son barely fit on it. They were still cleaning when we arrived. The only reason we didn’t complain was that we were literally there for 1 night. We could not have stayed there all week. The beach view was great.

Disappointed

This was the worst place we have ever stayed in pcb. for starters upon arrival, we were not notified we had to pay additionally for parking, not a big deal, but none of the attendees knew how to navigate the process. once we paid we were told to park anywhere, so we parked on the third floor and started to bring our items in, the cart attendee there told us we had to leave an ID and sign them in/out. We made it to our room, and we're coming back down for a second trip of items, and a security guard was reading off our tags to a walkie talkie about to tow us all because the entire third floor is reserved parking which was not told to us. he was very rude and gave us no direction where to park from there. Once we were squared away with parking we made it to our room and noticed nothing had been properly cleaned. There were hairs and crumbs in our beds, half of the outlet/plugs did not work and were extruded from the walls. Only one tv in every room was a smart tv, meaning we had to use cable tv to watch anything, which also isn't a big deal, if the remotes actually worked. The toaster exploded plastic everywhere and sounded like a gunsh*t. We were also told in the initial booking there would be bunk beds for our littles, there were none and we had to use air mattresses that didn't hold any air. To add to that, the entire condo was smaller than the listing, we had 10 people and it was only big enough for a maximum of 5 comfortably.

Panama City Beach Paradise

When you’re going on vacation the quintessential component is housing: the cleanliness, coziness, and space to walk around. At this condo they hit all three!We were delighted to see a beautiful beach view, stories above the ocean so we were not awoken by beach goers. It was clean, the beds and sheets were comfy, and the kitchen had brand new appliances to cook. A nice room on vacation can change the entire experience, during our vacation, it heightened it!

8 nights of family vacation bliss!

This wonderful condo was perfect for our family of 6. We have girls ages 14, 11, 11 and 8 and we all slept comfortably all week. Amenities were great and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. The ease of traveling around the city was so great and everything was within a 10 minute drive. We will most definitely be visiting this condo again.
