Gorgeous 2 BR Plantation Style Home in Princeville

Our lovely Hawaiian plantation style home located on Kauai’s north shore, is surrounded by tropical flowers and plants, and features open beam ceilings and a wrap-around covered lanai. The garden view from the lanai, plus distant mountain views make it a soothing, relaxing place to visit. Wake up to the sun rising on the lanai, and enjoy the setting sun through the bedroom windows.

This two bedroom detached home affords beautiful views and catches the cool trade wind breezes on warm Hawaiian afternoons. Nearby bluffs offer fantastic views of the Pacific, a place to watch the waves, seabirds and whales during their southern migration to the islands. Activities include tennis, horseback riding, zip-lining, hiking, shopping, and of course the beaches. The Princeville resort community is also home to the beautiful Prince Golf Course, named Number One golf course by Golf Digest and is included in their list of America's 100 Greatest golf courses.

The living room includes two comfortable couches along with TV/Roku. Just the place to relax after a wonderful day in paradise. The open ceilings give a spacious feel where you can entertain friends or just chill out.

The complete kitchen includes range, refrigerator, disposal, microwave, and overlooks the garden filled with tropical flowers. Meals can be eaten in the dining area (seats six) or outside on the lanai (our favorite dining space). If you prefer, you can barbeque on the gas grill just outside the kitchen windows. For those "I don't feel like cooking" days, nearby restaurants at the Princeville center (about a 15-20 minute walk, or a couple of minutes by car) or in Hanalei and Kilauea offer fabulous service and delicious local and international cuisine.

The guest bedroom is equipped with two full-size beds, a full closet, and plenty of storage space for clothing. Our house also includes WiFi - perfect for emailing your vacation pictures to jealous friends! (Bring your WiFi equipped laptop, but leave the work at the office.)

The two-car garage not only keeps your car protected, but provides a handy place to stage those excursions to the mountains, the beach, or wherever your adventures on Kauai take you. All linens are supplied. Washer/dryer are in the garage.

Enjoy nearby beaches at Anini and Kalihiwai, snorkeling at Tunnels and Queens Bath, kayaking on the Hanalei River. Dine at restaurants in Princeville, Hanalei, and Kilauea. Walk to nearby sea lodge beach, just ten minutes walk from your door. You'll enjoy comfort, privacy, and quiet that you can't find at a condo or hotel.
