Girl's Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A much needed girl family member getaway that met all of our expectations. We made this same trip before COVID and were just able to do it again. The regular coffeemaker was missing but the office had one for us to pick up to use. Several of the TV sets we were unable to get going but we are technologically challenged so I'm sure someone else would have no issues. It might of been nice to have some instructions though. The kitchen and great room were wonderful! We enjoyed several local restaurants and the beach daily. Lovely visit.....

Stay at Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time at the beach. The house has a great location. Still a little close to the public beach access in my opinion, but I am pretty picky and like it quiet. The house has plenty of room for lots of people. We brought 4 of our kids and they each had their own room. The kitchen is nice and big for cooking and the couch was one of the few we could find that actually fit all of us. The wrap around porch is very nice and large. We really enjoyed the quick beach access as well. Beautiful views out the back doors and windows. It is an older home and showing some wear and tear. Lots of little things that need to be fixed. The cleaning was subpar unfortunately. All of the showers had multiple spots with mildew and the downstairs has a musty smell. We did contact management to fix a couple things and the guy came and fixed one thing, but said he would be back to fix the other and never returned. Management was very responsive and I am sure they would have had him come back out, but it wasn't that important to us and the last thing I want to do on vacation is wait for a repair guy for a house that isn't even mine. We ate out some, but mostly in Destin. We really loved Lulu's. Great place for anyone with allergies, and great views and atmosphere. We also rented a boat from Lagoon Pontoon in Panama City (which we do every time we come) and really enjoyed that. Their boats are very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back to the area as this was probably our 10th time. We would probably stay in this house again if they fix the problem areas. Also, while the house is big there was never enough hot water for all of us (6 people).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this same house for 4 years now, so it fits our family well. The only problem we had this year was no internet service for TV for 5 straight days which was very inconvenient.

Fantastic location, house is ok

The location was amazing. The property management was fantastic and responsive and very polite. The house itself was alright, but could use a little TLC (one bathroom door wouldn’t lock, patio door was very hard to open, one patio door handle is broken, patio table is rusty). Previous reviews indicated there is no dish soap, not enough toilet paper or paper towels, - so no surprise there. Overall we had a great stay and we enjoyed the beach during November but I would not stay here again.

Wonderful setting for our annual family gathering

We enjoyed this house- loved the easy access to the beach as well as to shops and restaurants. We were a bit disappointed that certain amenities weren’t provided such as beach towels and had a few issues with a toilet not flushing properly, clogged sinks and broken drawers. The layout of the house was perfect, and we made good use of the grill and the porch. We would definitely stay here again but would bring our own cookware!!

30A beachfront is a great area to stay

cons: not much space for clothes, few closets, no hangars, one dresser plan on immediate shopping for necessities:toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer detergents, travel toiletries make sure master bath shower door is working

On the Beach

This property made our family’s vacation. It was me, 5 teenagers and three small children. Perfect size property with 4 full bathrooms!! The open floor plan allowed for everyone getting to spend time together while cooking was has happening in the kitchen, games were happening at the table and relaxing was taking place in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped with pots pans and utensils. The laundry machines off the kitchen were also really convenient. The views were amazing!!! The beach was a 75’ walk away and you didn’t have to drag your cart a 1/4-mile with all of your beach gear! The back deck served as our gathering place in the evening with a charcoal grill and an expansive reach all the way across the back of the property. We enjoyed it every night. If your goal is to spend time with the family and relax ON THE BEACH, then there is no more perfect place than this!!

Great family vacation spot

A wonderful spot for a family vacation! Only problems were the refrigerator had a couple of broken shelves which diminished space and the outdoor shower needs lots of parts replaced.

Great house on the beach

Loved the trex deck, bedrooms and baths all spacious. Great for our multiple family vacation. Finally a vrbo that stocks enough linens! The downstairs bedroom doesn’t cool off well though. A couple suggestions, bring a baby gate for stairs, a high chair and a fan. Would definitely stay here again.

Santa Rosa Beach

The beach and location were amazing! The house needs to be deep cleaned, we had to wash everything we took out of the drawers... it was pretty gross. The grill listed in amenities was a tiny little thing that fell apart, we ended up going to the local Wal-Mart and purchasing one which we had to leave there. The beach, however was one of the nicest ever.

Wanted to give a five star, but....

We had an amazing experience and enjoyed our stay. The reason I rated this property as a three star is for roaches inside the house. Having to contend with roaches, inside a house, when one is paying a significant amount of money to stay there is not acceptable. Outside of that, the place is really, really awesome. We did enjoy ourselves.

The Beach House

Thank you so much for sharing your house with us! We went right before all the crazy hit the country. It turned out to be the perfect place to Be during the stressful time! We were far away from the business of town and right on the beach. We will always value the week we were able to self quarantine in such a beautiful setting. Thank you! Jen

Perfect Family Vacation House

Amazing beach house. We had an incredible week with plenty of room, and unbelievable access to the beach. I was able to set up on the beach each morning with my 4 year old without breaking a sweat, as this house sits so close! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here year after year.
