High on a cliff in Princeville, a prime neighborhood in the heart of Kauai’s North Shore, Hale On'tariō is perfectly situated for an active, outdoor vacation or a laid-back retreat. This home is located on the sixth hole of the Makai Golf Course and enjoys stunning, panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the Bali Hai Mountains. Hale On'tario has been recently refreshed with new carpet, while the air conditioning system has been updated (August 2019) to include splits in all the bedrooms and an extra one in the living room.

Hale On'tario is a relaxed choice for couples, families, or friends who want to unwind in an ocean view home and enjoy Kauai’s many charms and adventures. You can gather in the great room with floor to ceiling windows and enjoy a 60-inch flatscreen 4K TV with cable, Apple TV, and a wide assortment of movies, games, and books. The house supports portable music by cable or with Bluetooth speakers.

There are two master bedrooms on the main floor and a loft bedroom – each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. The loft has another flatscreen TV, two full-size beds, and a trundle bed with two single mattresses. There is a separate office in the loft with a Windows 7 PC, free WiFi, and a laser printer that can scan and copy documents. Window coverings and powerful ceiling fans help keep things cool and private.

There is a well-equipped galley kitchen designed for easy meal preparation. The dining table seats eight and a large Weber propane gas grill is available. You can dine al-fresco on the screened-in porch that features a colorful garden view, and catch the sunset or enjoy the beautiful indigo moods of the ocean over morning coffee on the lanai.

Located where albatross birds nest from November to July, and within walking distance of the surf breaks at Hideaways Beach, the lively nightlife at the Hanalei Bay Resort, the brand new shuttle (2019) to the Napali Coast, and Princeville’s popular multi-use trail, Hale On'tariō is an exceptionally convenient vacation home. Anini Beach, Hanalei, and the Kilauea Lighthouse are minutes away by car. World-class snorkeling and hiking are within easy reach.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
