4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath newly renovated condominium in a 1860’s cedar sided Victorian house, one block from the beach! There is no better place to unwind and find some Serenity by the Sea — no matter what the time of year. First floor consists of a powder room and a large common area with fully-equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining room that seats 8, and a comfy and spacious living room complete with an electric fireplace and TV. Second floor bedrooms include a master bedroom with solid wood built in furniture, a king bed, TV, and a gas fire place . The master bedroom also enjoys a private balcony that is perfect for your morning coffee, and a private bath with both a tub and walk-in shower. Also on the second floor, you will find two more well-appointed bedrooms that share a hall bathroom, one with a queen bed and one with two twins. Additional sleeping for 2 is on a twin daybed and trundle in the third floor bedroom that also doubles as another TV sitting area and private get away. The third floor bedroom, which has skylights and views through windows facing three directions, is accessed through the master bedroom. Private front porch area provides cool ocean breezes and a place to unwind at the end of the day. Central A/C. Rentals are limited to Saturday-Saturday 7 night rentals from Memorial Day through Labor Day. 3 night minimum during the remainder of the year.

Sheets and towels are your responsibility; blankets, pillows, and bedspreads are provided. Sheets and towels can be rented from Linen Ladies or you may bring your own.

Finally, summer rental reservations (Memorial Day through Labor Day) are accepted only after September 1 of the previous year (e.g., you can reserve Summer 2022 dates after September 1, 2021). This is to provide preference to return renters, some of whom wish to return during the same weeks each year. If you are a summer renter and wish to reserve the same week for the following year, please message to let us know prior to September 1.
