Location ! Location ! Location! Comfy Condo In Center Of Beach Haven!

This tastefully decorated condo is located in the heart of Beach Haven. On the corner of N Bay Avenue and Dock you are a a few minute walk to the Beach and to all that Beach Haven offers. Only a five minute walk to Bay Village and Fantasy Island. We supply 5 beach badges and 4 beach chairs. There is a 50" smart TV (Amazon fire TV) in the living room and both bedrooms have brand new smart TV's as well (32" and 42"). All rooms have full cable and we have high speed internet.

There is a Queen Bed bedroom and a Bunk room with a full size bottom bunk, twin top and twin trundle. Bedrooms and living room all have air conditioners and ceiling fans. There is plenty of closet space with closets in both bedrooms and a closet in Living Room.

The kitchen is adorable and fully stocked. Condo is perfect for a family, a few couples or a group of friends.

We just closed on this property in early July but have been renting other properties on VRBO for 10 years and our goal is to provide all the comforts of home!

The unit was decent and clean, in an older building. I was unaware from looking at the photos it is a second story unit. I had an elderly person with me, so that was a trial. But for the rest of us it was ok. There is no tub it is a very small shower. We stayed in the off season and there were no bikes in the yard. The location is absolutely perfect. Everything was clean and communication with the owner was really easy! He responded quickly and answered my call when I had a question. It’s a nice place to stay for a group of 4.

Great location if you want to be right in the middle of everything in Beach Haven. It is a very small place with a tiny bathroom. Full bed not very comfortable at all but everyone has their own preferences. Overall in fine condition. Bathroom could use some attention to detail fixing brackets and such.

We had a bit of check in miscommunication on check in but the owner was nearby and very helpful. He also let us have a late check out which was really nice to enjoy more of the time on the Island. water pressure is rough and bring sheets and towels but clean and comfy. ; ) Great location!!!!!

Our stay at Christopher's property was perfect. The condo is very clean, and well appointed. It truly has everything you need. The location was absolutely fabulous and in the middle of everything Beach Haven has to offer. After checking in, we parked our car and did not use it for the remainder of our stay. We were able to walk to the beach, dinner, and all of the nightlife attractions. The backyard space was also very comfortable to hang out in during the evenings. There is a closet inside the condo with beach chairs and other beach items which was so convenient. We loved staying at Christopher's condo, and will definitely look to rebook when we return to Beach Haven. Highly recommended.

Disappointed and disgusting property

I left my car double parked with hazards on because parking is a block away, and navigated up the rickety stairs with bags in hand. When I finally got inside, I walked around and never went inside again . Disgusting. And not to mention the sheriff’s department left a card in one of the doors. Was it a rooming house? Communicating with the owner of the property was poor. Told us linens were provided then advised us that they weren’t, while I was en route ( 2 hours into my ride). Said there was parking, there isn’t , trust me !!! Big problem. Rickety stairs , as well as blatant trip hazard half way up ( or down ). Encrusted dirt all over everything leading up to “room”. Filthy, disgusting dirt in hallway which is shared with 3 other “rooms”. Overwhelming smell throughout, Rooms are half the size of what is pictured. Shower is tiny and moldy as another reviewer wrote. STAY AWAY from this place. See attached pictures My first bad review ever. Nothing is ever perfect but this place was horrific. It definitely doesn’t belong on the beautiful island of LBI.

Beach Haven …great time

We had a great time. The condo is so cute , clean and comfortable .Perfectly located , near shops and restaurants. Chris was quick to respond to my inquiries and helpful with suggestion on places to dine. Beach Haven itself is fun and has activities for all ages.

Perfect spot in LBI!!

We stayed there for a few days with my boys (10 and 11). It was the perfect location. Walking distance to beach, best restaurants, shopping etc. -- right in the heart of Beach Haven. But not noisy at all. Perfect for 4-5 people. And can't say enough how great the host Christopher was!! Very accommodating to us - we were able to get in early and he was super responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again. Highy recommend.

Needs updating and cleaning

The property was not clean and very run down. The floors were sandy and dirty, it looked like the place hadn't been mopped in months. The carpets in the bedrooms were sandy and full of stains. The carpets need to get changed. The blankets and pillows that were available to use had huge yellow stains on them. I don't think these have been washed since the day they were bought. If you are going to stay here, bring your own blankets and pillows. The shower is so small, it is literally impossible to wash the sand off your body after spending a day at the beach. The fact that the water pressure is so low doesn't help either! There is a bath mat in the bathroom that looks like bacteria is growing on it. There are AC window units. We checked the filter on one of the AC units and it looked like it had never been cleaned. So basically filthy air is circulating. The owner of the property expects you to vacuum all the sand before leaving, but the vacuum at the apartment is so old probably from the 70's.... I will never stay at this property again. The location is near the beach however it is right on the main road so it gets very loud at night.

Great location, clean condo

Excellent location!! Quick walk to the beach, market, restaurants, and amusement park. Host was very responsive and check in process was simple. The apartment was clean and wonderfully set up for a small space. I would suggest updating the mattress.

Perfect MDW

Myself and a few friends wanted a getaway for Memorial Day weekend. This property was perfect! So central to everything, plenty of space for everyone to hang out, and great communication from the host. Would definitely stay again!

This is a perfect location for a long weekend. We loved the ability to walk to everything!

This centrally located cute little condo is very convenient to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Bed comfy, AC worked well- very relaxing! Thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The location can’t be beat, and the condo is comfortable and well maintained. Adorable Beach Cottage

The moment we walked into this apartment we knew we were going to enjoy it. The decor and furniture gave us a beachy vibe. I loved all the wall hangings and the wicker shades. The apartment was on the main street but it was quiet and comfortable. The bedrooms were tiny but just right for a beach bungalow. And we all slept soundly. The location was perfect. We walked to restaurants every night. The beach is in walking distance and there were all types of shops nearby. And Christopher was very helpful and great at communicating with us. He gave us a bunch of suggestions for restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfortable condo.

Comfortable condo located perfectly 3 blocks from ocean and 2 blocks from bay. Walk to restaurants, bars, grocery, fishing, beach and entertainment. Parking was not an issue. Small lot across the street. Can be a bit noisy at night but with a/c’s going it not really an issue. *owner promptly responds to communication.

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay here! My boys (5 &7) really enjoyed the bunk beds! The living room was comfortable and cozy. It had a great beach vibe and the AC kept us cool for a great night's sleep. The location just can't be beat. We walked to Bird and Betty's and enjoyed the sunset by the bay. Fantasy Island and shopping was just a short, easy stroll too. Chris was a great host also. We didn't need to reach out during our stay but he made sure to let us know he cared about his guests.

Great Location and Cozy

We loved the location! It was right in the middle of Beach Haven and walking distance to many local restaurants and attractions. Just a 5 minute walk to Fantasy Island. We could even watch the Labor Day fireworks from the 2nd floor deck! It is walking distance to mini golf and ice cream shops as well. It is just 3 blocks from the beach. We drove and parked near one of the beach parking areas, but we had younger kids with us and didn't want to walk with them quite that far. It had lots of windows and got plenty of light during the day. It was also decorated nicely. We were able to find street parking fairly close by most of the time as there is not a designated parking area for this place. There were multiple condos and a store on the first floor, but we didn't hear any noise from any of them. We did sometimes hear noise from the main street and people outside late at night. Our two young boys LOVED the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom and having a TV in their room.

Perfect location!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Beach Haven! The home was very comfortable and had everything we were looking for. It was clean and kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and utensils, etc...The location was perfect and walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Parking was also never an issue. Thank you to Chris who was available for questions. It was a very easy booking and check in and out process too! We will definitely be returning!

The location could not be better! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, mini golf, and water park. Made us fall in love with LBI, we will definitely be back!

We have been vacation home owners since 2009 when we purchased our first property in Lake Placid NY (VRBO 273172). We love the idea of having a home we can share with vacation renters and enjoy ourselves. It was always a dream to own a beach property and we purchased a town home in 2017 in Beach Haven Terrace (VRBO 1094401). We fell in love with LBI and wanted to get something in the heart of Beach Haven. Our goal as vacation rental home owners is to give our guests the best possible vacation experience. Providing the comforts of home and necessities allows our guests to maximize the time they spend relaxing and enjoying their trip.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This property jumped out at us because of it's location. While we love Beach Haven Terrace the convenience of being in the heart of Beach Haven itself is hard to beat. Walking across the street to Buckalews or down a few blocks to the Black Whale for a bite is awesome. Being 2 blocks from the beach is always nice and you can go have drink at the Sea Shell in a few minute walk. Shopping in Bay Village or taking the kids to Fantasy Island. Park your car for the trip and enjoy walking everywhere you want to go!!
