The garage is stocked with bikes, beach chairs etc. Hunters Ridge has a newly designed golf course, golf simulators, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, bocce ball, community pool, and fitness center with an activities director. Different fitness activities, card games, happy hours almost daily.

Additional agreement needs to be signed, as well as application to Hunters Ridge will be provided.

$300 facilities fees to be paid to Hunters Ridge per month by the renter, per Hunters Ridge Association.
