Abaco is a fantastic beach home, recently renovated with larger decks. It’s become a favorite in Grayton Beach with an incredible 180 degree, unobstructed view of the most beautiful landscape Northwest Florida has to offer. (Southern Living magazine, May 2011 edition) Abaco is uniquely located on the outfall of Western Lake, as well as lovely Grayton Beach with its sugar white sands. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over Western Lake and indescribable sunsets over the Gulf. There is even a hot tub on the porch for you to unwind in after a busy day.

Lots of extras ensure a memorable stay, including five rooms with king beds and one room with custom queen bunk beds, each bunk with a built in flat screen TV. The other five rooms also include TV's. The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, two refrigerators and a five burner stove, ice maker and most everything you need for gourmet meal preparation. In the great room, the Bose surround sound system and the 50" flat screen TV with built in Chromecast are perfect for entertaining. The covered downstairs carport has a hot and cold outside shower near the lake. The world famous Red Bar restaurant is a two minute walk away. It’s a short drive or bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor, along Scenic Hwy. 30A, for additional family activities, shopping and dining.
