Abaco is a fantastic beach home, recently renovated with larger decks. Itā€™s become a favorite in Grayton Beach with an incredible 180 degree, unobstructed view of the most beautiful landscape Northwest Florida has to offer. (Southern Living magazine, May 2011 edition) Abaco is uniquely located on the outfall of Western Lake, as well as lovely Grayton Beach with its sugar white sands. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over Western Lake and indescribable sunsets over the Gulf. There is even a hot tub on the porch for you to unwind in after a busy day.

Lots of extras ensure a memorable stay, including five rooms with king beds and one room with custom queen bunk beds, each bunk with a built in flat screen TV. The other five rooms also include TV's. The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, two refrigerators and a five burner stove, ice maker and most everything you need for gourmet meal preparation. In the great room, the Bose surround sound system and the 50" flat screen TV with built in Chromecast are perfect for entertaining. The covered downstairs carport has a hot and cold outside shower near the lake. The world famous Red Bar restaurant is a two minute walk away. Itā€™s a short drive or bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor, along Scenic Hwy. 30A, for additional family activities, shopping and dining.

Great house!

We loved this home! The location is perfect for our family! It was great to be right on the water and the views are incredible! The house is set up very well with most of the rooms having comfortable king-size beds. This worked well with our family. Everyone was very happy!

Best House on the beach :)

This is our second time to stay at Abaco. We absolutely love it and it is perfect for our family. Having king beds in 5/6 of the bedrooms is the best. The bunks were perfect for our 2 grandsons. The location is amazing and the front porch makes it all worthwhile. Looking forward to many more stays in this house in the years to come.

2nd year in a row staying here. Hey owners - wanna trade out some services for a couple weeks of usage with me? Lol. We will do whatever it takes to stay here longer! Beautiful home, beautiful location, wonderful beachā€¦.!!! We will hopefully be back again next year too!

Amazing

We looooooooooooooved this property! If anything, the pictures do not clearly convey how beautiful it is and itā€™s proximity to the beach. For such a large and loved home, it was very clean and functional. Weā€™ve rented so many places over the years, we know cleanliness can be a challenge sometimes, but it was great. We loved the few little blocks that make up Grayton beach and have already inquired about booking a return trip next year.

Million dollar view

The location truly has a million dollar view ā€” thereā€™s nothing obstructing your view of the beach. There was plenty of space for our party of 8 (3 adults, 4 teens and 1 child) and we were more than comfortable during our stay. The 2 refrigerators were a huge plus, especially considering we brought a lot of sodas, waters and other drinks ā€” it helped tremendously to be able to keep them all cold. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need to cook a meal ā€” and considering that we stayed in to eat each night, that was a huge bonus. The 2 dishwashers are kind of antiquated ā€” we werenā€™t sure if they had run each night as the lights on them werenā€™t consistent. However, it was hugely helpful to have 2, especially since we ate in so much and were using the kitchen a lot each day. The noise level from the next door neighbors was pretty loud the first couple of nights, but they didnā€™t go too late (things quieted down by 10pm). Noise from the tide pool can also be kinda loud, especially during the early morning and late afternoon hours. Many of the outside doors do not automatically close on their own, which I felt should be addressed in order to prevent any safety issues (a reminder note by the door would probably suffice). Overall, the house was really nice. The location was super convenient to the beach and tide pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for making our vacation fun and memorable.

Best Location We've Ever Stayed In

Location, location, location. If you like being on the water, this is your place. Kayak or paddleboard to a number of fresh water lakes right from your own dock. Additionally, this place is on the beach over looking some of the best views I have ever seen. The kids had an absolute blast.

Unbeatable family time

My family and I traveled here for the holiday season and are thrilled to be coming back this summer. This house was beyond beautiful, inside and outside. The spacious decks offered the most wonderful views and we even got to use the hot tub on the back porch over looking the water. Additionally, there is nothing better than waking up in the morning to the sound of the water and the beach right outside your doors. My whole family fell in love with this property and we cannot wait to come back in August and every other summer for many years to come!
