We’d like to share that the owner plans to list the property for sale in May 2026. While we don’t anticipate any immediate changes, future reservations could be impacted after a sale if the new owner chooses not to continue the vacation rental program. We truly appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated every step of the way.

This lovingly maintained and well-equipped oceanfront beach house is ideal for your family’s next vacation or to share with friends. You will be in awe of the exquisite ocean and coastline views from every room. Kahalekai is perfectly situated to view the mesmerizing sunsets as they dip into the Pacific and are quickly followed by the star-studded tropical night sky. Lovely gardens, tropically landscaped and meticulously kept, leave no doubt that you are truly in an island paradise. New air conditioning units in every bedroom on property including the guest cottage to keep you comfortable at night! No air conditioning in the main house living room/kitchen area. Sleeps 8, 1 king, 3 queens.

It is also possible to just rent the main 3 bedroom home! Please inquire for details and pricing.

Beautiful home with incredible views. We had a handicapped adult and two elderly adults and this house was perfect for them to relax and enjoy time with family.

The area is very secluded along Lawai Road and is about one block by foot to Spouting Horn but if you don't want to walk you can see the "Spout" from the back yard area from time to time! Had a great stay. Enough room to sleep 6 of us with plenty of room in the kitchen and living room. Outside living was great. Lots of seating and a beautiful view. Even had everyday visits from some 4 legged fur friends (cats) and some not so much friends (chickens). Saw dolphins jumping from the back yard.House had beach toys and towels which was great to not have to worry about.Only minor complaint was the window air conditioners in the main house bedrooms were loud.

Saw this guy plus lots of others every day!

This place was perfect for us. We really liked being able to see and hear the ocean from anywhere. Inside the house, you could see the ocean from every room, whether it was from windows or sliding glass doors. The main house was homey but spacious with comfortable seating for all 7 of us in the living room and at the dining room table. The patio also had a large patio table you could eat at outside. It also had a small patio table and a large sectional that could probably seat a dozen people. This was wonderful because it looked over a rocky ocean beach where you could just sit and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. Several times, we were able to see turtles and dolphins in the distance swimming in the ocean. On-site were so many bonuses, including binoculars, beach towels, nice bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all showers. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking supplies enough that you could cook meals or heat up leftovers and a washer and dryer to do laundry. The side house was very cute studio with its own bathroom and kitchenette.We also like the location. We were close to beaches where we could swim, snorkel, and boogie board.Communication with Diane was prompt, friendly, and helpful.

It was a comfortable house with an incredible view. Lovely outside space. A/C in all the bedrooms not the main rooms! Lots of toys in the garage, beach chairs, umbellas, cooler, towels, toddler bed and hook on high chair. Garage was available for parking. Can walk to spouting horn. Very nice for multi family stay! Felt safe and private. Rental agency was responsive and checked in often.

fantastic location

Awesome location and views

We stayed at this property for multiple days and it was fantastic. Check in and out was simple. Great sunset ocean views and BBQs on the patio. We had 8 people in our group and the living arrangements were great. Fun little beach within walking distance and only a short 15 minute drive to commercial shopping district. Would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!!!!

Great value. Great location.

The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because there is not really good AC in the house or cottage. Other than that’s it’s really perfect for a stay on Kauai. I would come again for sure.

Family time. Our middle son (Noah) proposed to his gf at Tunnels Beach this week. Sightseeing - mostly enjoying the calm, relaxed pace here on Kauai. We will return.

great location and value

We loved the location of this property.we had 8 for a family get-together and had enough space. Right on the ocean. Saw whales in the distance and sea turtles in the surf at the property. Cant get in the water right there but it is only 1.5 miles to great snorkeling ,restaurants,stores,beaches,etc. management was great and made sure the grill was clean and operating. Kauai is beautiful! thank-you
