Great for families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for families, only thing missing was laundry. Quiet street and quick walk to the beach. There were two restaurants we were able to walk to as well as a coffee shop.

The owners have stocked upon everything you will need to make it the best relaxing vacation ever. I am so glad we found this little gem to make memories!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this cottage and would absolutely stay again. The living room and second bedroom were more spacious than expected. The central AC was great. Location is perfect as you can easily walk to the beach and to favorite stops like One Stop, Chapins, and Banderas. The house had everything you would need. My only minor feedback was that the outdoor shower has a roof, which I did not like. I prefer an open top. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect rental for our 2 year old grandson and parents. we rented it so they would have a quiet place from where the rest of the family 0 just down the road. The pictures didn't do it justice on who cozy and homey this home is. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Reviewer Comments: We have rented this property for several years now, and it has never let us down. It's perfect for a summer family vacation. The only thing i would say is whoever cleans the inside after each client stays uses a very sticky product. The kitchen chairs and table were very sticky. The table and chairs are wood and the product they use may not be a wood cleaner.

Reviewer Comments: We spend 7 days in the delightfull small cottage with a more Scandinavian decor than the typical american. 5 minutes from little private beach. Good kitchen facilities, gas grill at the back.
