Recently updated/upgraded 1 bedroom condo located slope-side right at the Ballhooter lift. Absolutely the BEST LOCATION on the mountain!

Simply walk out of your condo and you’ll be 25 yards from the high-speed Ballhooter Lift. You can’t find a more convenient place to stay for easy slope access and location in the village! Also located RIGHT NEXT TO SPLIT ROCK POOLS!

Our condo has a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom. The cushy sofa in the living room is also a pull out bed allowing the condo to sleep 4 comfortably.

It has full size stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Plus, all of the pots and pans, dishes and utensils you need to prepare your own meals. Cozy living room with a fold-out couch and recliner. Wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player in living room. Dining area seats 4 people. Coin operated laundry facilities are located on site.

***The unit also has a floor air conditioner if it gets hot.

Just park your car in the security guarded parking lot and no need to drive again, as Mountain Lodge has the best location at Snowshoe, right on the slopes and just steps away from the Village and Split Rock Pools. An Italian restaurant, comedy club, bar and conference center are all located on site in the basement of Mountain Lodge.

The Village restaurants and shops are only a short walk away!

An indoor playground and arcade for the kids, movie rentals, family movie area and an exercise area are additional amenities available.

**The condominium is a clean non-smoking unit in great condition, is located on THE FIRST FLOOR , and is very comfortable and well equipped. **

**IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, THE INDOOR PLAYGROUND AND ARCADE IS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE UNIT DOOR!!**

LAKE ACTIVITIES AT SHAVERS LAKE
Hop aboard Ballhooter Lift for a scenic ride to Snowshoe’s best kept secret, Shaver’s Lake. Yeah, we know, the lake itself isn’t really a secret. Lots of people know it’s where we get the water to make all that white fluffy stuff each winter. But have you seen how inviting the beach is when the snow is long melted, umbrellas are sticking in the sand and belly laughs are echoing off the water? It’s quite a scene.
And when you’re done adventuring, you can find an evening of relaxation right there on the shore. Grab a bite and a brew from the Boathouse where you can sit back on the deck overlooking the water and enjoy the cool mountain breeze.

THE BEACH AREA FEATURES

Snowshoe is located 50 miles south of Elkins WV. From the north take US 219 south to WV66 east then a left on Snowshoe dr. From the south take US 219 north to WV66 east then a left on Snowshoe drive. From the east take WV 28 to WV66 west turn right on Snowshoe drive.

Unit #172 FIRST FLOOR.
Check-in is 4:00 PM, Check-out is 11:00 AM.

ABOUT THE LOCATION: Ball Hooter lift is a high speed quad lift that serves the Village area. It is just outside Mountain Lodge back door. We are truly ski in, ski out. The beginner slope, Skidder, is also just a few steps away. We are close enough to the lift that you could come in for lunch or a break. Mountain Lodge is also close to the shuttle that will take you to night skiing at Silver Creek. Split Rock Pool is also just down the steps and a few yards away. This is an awesome pool. It has two outdoor hot tubs, and the pool features lots of toys and slides indoors, and a heated outdoor pool. Snowshoe Village is a collection of stores, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

**NOTE** The Mountain Lodge itself is an older building. Minor improvements are ongoing. However, the building needs updating. Most people love Mountain Lodge because of location and common areas (none of the buildings on the mountain have huge common areas like the Mountain Lodge).
