Part of the Cupecoy Beach Club Residence, this luxury 3 bedrooms condo is right on Mullet Bay Golf Course and a few steps away from the best beach of the island: Mullet Bay. Location which is residential is safe and quiet. The 2nd floor spacious balcony offers an impressive view of the bay as well as a sunset view. The spacious kitchen will allow you to cook delicious meals, the living room with an great ocean view is composed of a 4 confortable sofas, a 6 seats dining table and a big Smaart tv. The Master bedroom with ocean view gets a King size bed, the second bedroom with a garden view also gets a king size bed. The third bedroom with a pool view is composed of a double bed.

The beach access was PERFECT!! The apartment was super spacious, but several things were broken when we arrived.

St. Maarten family vacation

Great place to stay. Condo was roomy and the people there were very friendly. Check in/out was easy. Stacey (property manager) met us at the property and was very helpful with island restaurants and activities. Food and drinks at the pool bar were great. Easy walk to the beach with nice restaurants and services.

Great option to stay on mullet bay beach

Overall it's a nice condo and it was easy to communicate with the host. The only issue is a couple of outlets didn't work and light in one of the bedrooms didn't work. But otherwise it was a good stay. I'd suggest to get a kettle for tea and it would be phenomenal if the fridge could be hooked up to the water line. Also, parking while available was difficult to find on occasion. Additional lot is very hard to get into in a full size car. Regardless, I'd recommend the property to anyone with a family

Perfect Stay in Cupecoy!

Outstanding property that was exactly as depicted in the photos and description. John the host and Stacey the property manager were both amazing and responded within minutes. The property was pristine offering tremendous space and privacy. A gated community, this property was very safe. Each of the spacious en suite bedrooms was perfect for our party of 4 adults and one toddler. The outdoor space was large and private and the view over Mullet was beautiful. Merium at the pool bar was a delight every day. I look forward to returning to the island and this property in the near future! Thank you John and Stacey!!!

Overall ok but needs some cleaning and pool under construction dusty fans

The space was very nice but I was very disappointed that the pool was under construction and that the space was very dusty. It appeared clean to the naked eye but my allergies were insane. I am only allergic to dust and I could barely breathe if I turned on the fans. They were clearly dirty and pushing out dust. I was very disappointed by this and had to endure the heat just so I could breath normally

Thank you, Paul, for your review; I feel sorry about your disappointment with the cleaning but why did not you tell us about it so we could send the cleaner right away to meet your cleaning expectations? It is always better to tell right away when something is wrong to fix it!

Beautiful Place

The condo was as pictured and absolutely beautiful. The space was spacious and extremely comfortable. Walking distance to beautiful Mullet Bay Beach and beautiful views right outside the main living space. Also, this is located in an extremely well secured gated community which made us feel extremely safe. The only negatives were that the main bath shower overflowed and has a constant "sewer" smell. Also the front patio chairs were dry rotted and broken (which we also fell out of when sat in) This made that front patio unusable (which didn't effect us much since the main patio was extremely large). Overall I would highly recommend this property. We informed the property manager of both of the issues above, so I am sure these were taken care of immediately, as you can tell that the property is overall well maintained.

Great space in beautiful location.

Property is as beautiful as advertised! Nice view of the beach from one balcony - sadly difficult to enjoy this balcony due to the constant buzz of the air conditioner (as previous visitors have indicated). All facilities are lovely and in good shape. Excellent sunset viewing opportunities from the property! This is a good, fairly central location to base a visit from and Mullet Bay beach is one of the best on the island. Gwen was fantastic! Met us at the property for check in, provided lots of great information, was available to answer questions for us throughout the visit. Overall a wonderful stay and can highly recommend the property.

Christmas Fun!!!

Can’t beat Cupecoy beach club! One of the best locations in SXM. Close to restaurants, bars, and beaches! Our check in and check out process was flexible and seamless. Property was exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in SXM.

Loved it! Great apartment, great concierge, great island!

The only criticism I have is that there is a loud noise coming from a generator or machine directly below the balcony, which kinda spoils the view.

Very nice property

This is a spacious, beautiful apartment. Property was newly renovated after the hurricane and it is in great shape (despite a few glitches that are being sorted out by the property manager). Gwen is a fabulous host and she went out of her way to make us feel at home. The beach club where the property is situated is nice and safe, and the residents are extremely friendly. Our only complaint about the property is the utility plant right underneath the patio. It generates a loud hum at all times, and it makes it difficult to enjoy the main patio overlooking Mullet Bay (there's a second, smaller patio facing the pool which doesn't have the noise problem).

The side of Sint Maarten you have to see

We enjoyed an amazing five-day stay in this idyllic Condo facing Mullet beach. Everything was perfect from the spacious and well-designed living area, to the fabulous view on the terrace. The owners have clearly taken great care to provide a great experience for visitors with lots of nice personal touches. The staff were extremely polite and hospitable too - Beyond the house itself, there are great places to explore in the near vicinity including the not-to-be-missed Sunset Bar in Maho Beach and a trip to the nearby Porto Cupecoy Plaza So all in all we would highly recommend this condo as a place to visit - either with a family group or friends. You won't regret it and the by the end will be wishing you could stay for longer! We certainly intend to return to this little piece of paradise here on earth as soon as we possibly can...

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, A gem in Cupecoy!

It was amazing time in Sint Maarten!!! The condo was so beautiful close to the beach and local supermarkets! We went as a family of 4. Kids loved it!!! It was pleasant to cook because kitchen had everything what we need it!!! Thank you Gwen for fast reply!!! Magical view on golf course and Mullet bay beach!!! People are very friendly and we enjoyed maximum!!! Highly recommend this wonderful Condo!!! Thank you again for everything !!!
